    Grabill plumbing installed a double grinder pump in our basement, when it was built in 2005 and they replaced a float on one of the pumps in 2015 and everything was working again. Recently, the system was doing the same thing as before something was making the one grinder pump not work. I told Grabill Plumbing that I thought it could be another float problem. First I was told that it would be a couple of weeks before they could come here. Then I was told that they don't work on grinder pumps that have an alarm system, even though Grabill Plumbing is the company that installed the system with the alarm. It felt as if they don't care anymore, and they do not stand behind their work. It is very disappointing to see a former honest, dependable company go to heck.
