After reading all of the complaints regarding this company and specifically regarding a woman named Amy Ryan-They should be shut down. I understand that everyone has a job to do. However, there is a tactful way to speak to other humans and than there is not. This woman…consistently spoke over me. Yelled at me. Attempted to belittle and disgrace me. She refused to put me on a payment plan that I suggested because she determined it was too low. After continuing to scream at me and me trying to get a word in. She hung up on me. This woman does not know my situation and does not know me as a human being. She has zero rights to speak to me that way. I am a teacher on assignment in seminole county and I work for the district assisting students with special needs. I have two children, i’m helping my aging parents with my own health concerns and a lot medical bills. I am also going to school for behavioral analysis. I was not expecting to receive this bill because I was not warned of the cost of services and did not agree but I was willing to be put on a small payment plan. This woman would not even discuss options with me. She needs to be terminated and doctors should be warned not to utilize this company for debt collection.
