the worst business ever my daughter got her first haircut I asked for a trim was told it was called a bang trim this was at 11 AM. I was told I could make an appointment for 2 PM in the afternoon My daughters got called at 2:08 to pick a chair which still needed to be cleaned off, the lady asked what I wanted done and I was asking what did she mean like style wise and she said we only had 15 minutes and I was like that’s fine cause I only wanted to trim. I only wanted her ends evened . I showed her how much then went back to sit down because they had a sign that said stop no one behind this sign if you’re not getting a service and all the parents were sitting down in the waiting area and my son was playing on the play area. The girl that was doing my daughters hair showed me how much and I said yes I took pictures from the time she sat in the chair and to the end so the ladies started cutting at 2:12 and at 2:20. She called me back and out curling cream in her hair and clips I went to pay same lady as the register made my appointment and told me the price for a haircut and I said not a bang trim and then she asked the lady that did my daughters hair she said no she got the full haircut for 15 minutes and I was like didn’t we asked for trim so then I paid and we left I then called no answer. I emailed no response I called again and again then called another store.She told me she would let the owner know I was trying to get a hold of them. I did a goodie review got a response from the store that had nothing to do with my review three weeks ago by the review response got edited saying that they looked at the camera and my daughter was in the chair for 30 minutes which is a complete lie because I have pictures from the time she sat in the chair till the time she was done and it’s 12 minutes
