5 starsUniversal Windows with the team of Marvin reported in a timely fashion and worked efficiently despite my partial readiness for scheduled appointment. Marvin and team removed and replaced my windows in less than four hours. The finishing touches on the outside takes my curb appeal to another level. Thank you!

5 starsJEFF S. WAS OUR INSTALLER. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE EXPECTED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS I HAD. HE NOTICED THE WAVE IN THE ONE WINDOW HE INSTALLED AND HAD ALREADY PUT IN AN ORDER IN FOR A NEW ONE BEFORE I COULD SAY ANYTHING. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE HAD WINDOWS INSTALLED BY UNIVERSAL WINDOWS AND WOULD NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT ORDERING AGAIN.Universal Windows Direct

5 starsWhat an outstanding company. Our salesman Eric spent nearly 6 hours with us to make sure that everything we wanted would be correct and at a fair price. We chose Universal Windows over three other companies. Their product sold itself and we were not disappointed when they arrived. Ben and his crew finished the installation of 30 windows that we had replaced in our house in two days. They were professional, well mannered, hard-working individuals that worked as a team. Their attention to detail was superb, something that is hard to find these days. We could not be happier. I would truly recommend Universal Windows, Ben and his crew.Universal Windows Direct

5 starsI just had all of my windows replaced today on 09/24/2022. The windows came approximately Three weeks early. Steven, was the Crew Leader. The crew was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and professional. They even cleaned up after themselves ?? They communicated well during the ordering and processing process letting us know an accurate timeline on when we could expect to have the windows installed in our home. They were prompt and professional the day of installation and were done quickly! 1 starTerrible service and communication, they tell you 1 time that your windows will be in and then they make you wait 4-6weeks later and tell you that you have to wait. They measured wrong size for my windows 3 seperate times. Been 8 months and my job is not completed yet.Universal Windows Direct

5 starsI contracted with Universal to have the siding replaced on my house. The old siding was at least 50 years old, so it was overdue for a change. In just 2.5 days, the guys took down all the old siding, plus awnings and outdoor wood stairs I wanted gone, then gave my 98 year old house the glow up it deserved. I'm so happy with the results! I absolutely recommend Universal and Tim's crew for professionalism, efficiency, workmanship and overall quality.Universal Windows Direct
