    I visited Clean Vibes 216 back in July of 2024. I paid them to tint the windows on my car. I paid in cash and received no receipt. The only evidence of our transaction was the cashapp receipt I have for the warranty I bought. I let the business know of a small marking that was left on the tint, and the owner told me to wait a couple days and if the mark didn't go away I could come back and get it fixed. The mark didn't go away and I noticed he didn't apply the tint correctly on two other windows. He said I could come in and get it fixed (mid july). The owner of Clean Vibes 216 had his colleague fix the issues with my tint. After a couple weeks I noticed that again the bubbles weren't leaving, so I messaged him to ask if I was still under warranty because the job was worse than before. The owner of Clean Vibes 216 saw my message and ignored it. It has now been 20+ days from my last message to Clean Vibes 216 and I noticed that the cowl on my car was melted by the heat gun they used during the second tint job. I am unsure of what to do since my last message was ignored by the Clean Vibes 216.
