    1ST ISSUE: ON OCTOBER 23, 2023 I PURCHASED A 2014 ACURA RDX FROM JAY HONDA 175 BROADWAY AVENUE BEDFORD, OHIO 44146. I BOUGHT THIS CAR STRAIGHT OUT AND PAID $18696.44 CASH FOR THIS VEHICLE. I DID NOT DO ANY FINANCING. ****** ****** ************** WAS MY CAR SALESMAN. HE ASSURED ME MY TITLE FOR THE VEHICLE WOULD BE MAILED TO ME WITHIN 3 WEEKS. THE DEALERSHIP PUT A TEMPORARY TAG ON MY VEHICLE THAT EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 7, 2023. AFTER 3 WEEKS HAD PASSED I CALLED HIM TO SEE WHERE MY TITLE WAS AND ALSO LET THEM KNOW MY TEMPORARY TAG WAS GOING TO EXPIRE SOON. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM TO CALL ME. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK. I THEN TEXTED TREVOR AND STILL NO REPLY. I THEN REACHED OUT TO THE MANAGER KEVIN WRIGHT. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. I WAITED A WEEK FOR ONE OF THEM TO CALL ME BUT NO ONE DID. I THEN CALLED THE OFFICE AND SOMEONE HAD THE GIRL WHO DOES THE TITLES REACH OUT TO ME. L***** ***** ******************** LET ME KNOW THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND ON GETTING THE TITLES PROCESSED. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME AS SOON AS SHE RECEIVED IT. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER SO I EMAILED HER AND SHE NEVER RESPONDED. I FINALLY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO UP TO THE DEALERSHIP. MY TEMP TAG WAS SET TO EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 7, 2023. ON DECEMBER 6, 2023 I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND LET HIM KNOW ALL OF THE ABOVE. I TOLD HIM I WANT THE TITLE FOR MY VEHICLE OR HE COULD GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK THAT I SPENT ON IT AND TAKE IT BACK. HE RETURNED TO ME WITH ANOTHER TEMP TAG IN HAND AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY PURCHASE AND GAVE ME ANOTHER 45 DAY TEMP TAG AND SAID HE USUALLY CANT ISSUE TWO TEMP TAGS FOR A VEHICLE SO I WAS LUCKY. I TOLD HIM YOU SHOULD DO THAT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT A TAG AND I CANT GET A TAG WITHOUT A TITLE. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE. 2ND ISSUE: CAR PULLS WHEN YOU DRIVE IT I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT THE SAME WEEK I BOUGHT IT. I HAVE MORE ABOUT THIS BUT I AM OUT OF ROOM.

    I was discriminated against and gaslighted during the process with the young man that finalizes the sale. My 22 year old daughter and my senior citizen husband were purchasing a car together. The young man explained all the the option for thing you can add. We listened to him then I Antares talking to my daughter about what choice would be best for her and I say to my husband that he has to be realistic about what is affordable. The young man interjected and began speaking very condescendingly to me when in fact the conversation was just amongst family member trying to make a decision based on the information he had given us. I wasn’t speaking to him just to my family members so together we could make a good decision for our family. I realized what he was doing and I say “I’m out of here “ I grab my belongs and he then says “have a good day.” If he wants to apologize that would have been the time instead of dismissing me and saying have a good day he should have said “mama I apologize” I leave and tell the sale rep that sold us the car we go back then the young man began gaslighting me in front of the sale rep. He said “you are my mother age” he began hollering at me that he was only doing his job. I calmly said “maybe you didn’t understand why I was upset, let me tell you.” He cut me off and continued hollering “I’m just doing my job” No one asked him to leave the room and talk to him in private they simply allowed him to carry on. He gave us the information then it was our families decision to choose which option we wanted, he didn’t also need to be condescending towards me as I talk to my family me we about what they actually should select even if it wasn’t what he thought they should select. He did not need to ask me if I own my home and if I have insurance and if I’ve ever used it and what did I use it for. I realize he was asking that because I was pushing my daughter against that additional stuff, which I am totally entitled to do. We won’t be back. 1/29/24
