    11/2024 I purchased a 2020 ******* ******* for $31,395 from Northeast Auto Gallery. When the car arrived it was not clean inside (they did help with that) The car was delivered with scratches on the door. The back passenger door is bent estimate for repair is $2,887.63. Since purchase I had to buy 3 new tires, 2 had a slow leak at $1,299.00. Replace the battery at $299.00 Driver side CV axle boot was ripped and leaking grease $450.00. There was a recall for computer cover, however the APIM computer that runs systems needed to be replaced $1,538.00. The passenger signal light caused error codes it wasn't working. So far $6,473.63

    BUYER BEWARE !!! Bought a used truck from them as is and took it to the mechanic to have a service done after 2 weeks and he told us this truck was a "danger to life" due to the underneath rust. These people will sell you junk and play it off as not their problem as the cars are all sold as is !!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP - A BUNCH OF CROOKS! Now we have a "new" car that cannot even be driven as it may cause harm to us or other cars on the road -- yes, it is that bad ! Owner did not have an ounce of remorse in his voice , as it sounds like this may be a common occurrence. This is BAD, BAD, BAD, BUSINESS. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    Don't work with this company. These are the cars salesmen that people are worried about running into. Complete scam artists

    As of right now even two stars is high, the only reason it's 2 is because of the car. First thing the car was dirty and scratched up, asked for it to be done as its the DEALERS responsibility to service/repair/detail the car. They said it would be done told me to come in on Friday (I went in on Monday initially), I arrive and am told I have to wait another about 4 days because the dealerships detail man did not show up to work fine; I was told Monday/Tuesday came back back after they called and said to me the car was ready, not a single thing was done to it. They only offered to take about 200 off since the scratches weren't detailed out and when asked for where it can be done for "200" they had said they'd get back to me by the next day but they didn't. Second, the car's servicing again, the car's oil change has been due since 04/22. I bought the car on 05/17/22. I wonder if it takes a month to detail a car and do the car's regularly scheduled maintenance such as oil change, etc. The next problem which is minute in comparison but matters either way because the dealership is responsible when they buy a car to fix/service it, the key fob is already dying. I got the car yesterday literally. Third and finally, when I had asked for the cars servicing to be done I was told it would happen and I quote exactly from the women "I would never sell a car in this condition to you" really saw that one through, anyway returning the car tomorrow if all services that were required to be done by the dealership aren't done and if they are I would happily change this to a 5 star unfortunately all time wasted is lost therefore in conclusion, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
