Aug 2022 Installed french drain and 15ft connection to drain water from back door to side/front; March 2023 I called to get assistance w. checking the drainage; water was still collecting on patio (but less than 1" at the time).Aprl 2023 I called after water pooling up to 1", almost breaching my back door.I sent pictures, a couple of reps came to the house and but said they needed to the see the high water levels to figure out how/where main cause of pooling. They never returned since we there were no additional heavy downpours that they could witness. (The water subsides by the time they come out).Now in April 2024 this time water breached the back door, into sunroom and adjacent bedroom. I called and was told the company was under new management.. They sent a rep out and I received a quote of $600 to fix replace the 15ft section of drainage; and over $4000 to replace the whole thing. Not even a discount. The initial work was done for under $2200. How is this helping me? I am very concerned about additional flooding issues and they're quoting me almost twice as much! How about just honoring the work done by Cinti landscaping?! you're using the same name so honor the shabby work that was done.

We bought the company in January of 2024. We had our sales representative try to see what we can do to correct a problem from previous owners. We do not know how it was build nor do we know what type of materials were used (size, etc...) or if they were placed correctly. All we can do to correct a problem is redo the job which requires breaking the ground again to have a better idea what we are dealing with. That will require labor, equipment, tools and material. We are more than happy to try and help to get this matter taken care of and make it right. We sent two different quotes for different scenarios. But we won't know how to fix it without knowing what was done previously.
