    I moved here in Jan 2023. The apartment has never been ready. I completed the move in checklist and let them know there were many stuffs to fix. I have been calling and going to the lease office back & forth. Nobody ever came to check what's going on in my apartment. I called to request maintenance, someone finally came after 6 weeks(at least) and partially did the job. They said moving with a new management team they said. Unable to use their website, they advised us of a new resident portal coming ( after a month and a half of residency). My sister and I are both on the lease, and should have access to residential portal like in any other complex.after telling me that they will send me access to the website, They told my sister that only one person can log in. I have never had such a bad experience with an apartment complex. Doors are not isolated you can hear everything that is going on around.

    I do show that Mr. *** ****** moved into the community on 1/4/2024.  As far as the apartment not being ready, we do not have any history of this and I cannot confirm or deny that information is accurate.

    On 2/1/2024 the ownership of the community replaced the previous management of the property with AMC, LLC.  On 2/1/2024 we sent a letter out to all residents and let them know that there was new management of tyheir community and that there would be a new resident portal, but that portal was NOT going to be available for February rental payments.  However, we were able to get it up and running on 2/12/2024.  At that time, we let residents know that they could opt-in and this would be the place that you can pay rent, send a note to the office, or enter a maintenance request.

     

    Mr. *** ****** enrolled in this on 3/1/2024.  On 2/6/2024 Mr. *** ****** came into the office and put in a work order for his flooring and a light flickering in his bathroom.  The light flickering was completed by out maintenance team on 2/8/2024, two days after the work order was given to us.

    The floor is under warranty from the builder as this is a new construction community, it was just built in 2021.  In fact, there are 34 floors that need to be replaced at the community.  They are in no way unhabitable, but they are being replaced one at a time.  We are subject to their availability.  Mr. *** ****** will receive a 24 hour notice from the office when his apartment is going to be taken care of by the builder.

    Unfortunately, due to the constraints of our resident portal, there is only ONE log-in per apartment.  This was also explained in the letter that was sent to all residents on 2/1/2024.  There is nothing that we can do to change this.

    I hope this provides clarification for all of the concerns that Mr. ****** has brought up.
