      On August 8th and August 9th 2 transactions were made to my card totaling $1,206.00 while I was on a cruise. As soon as I found out I reported the dispute to rapid they informed me that I was eligible for a pervisional payment on the 10th day and that I had to email a letter which I did showing the proof that the transactions could not of been me. I called them back on the 10th day and they had informed me that they closed the case because they seen no error. I informed them that I had sent proof and there is no way they did an investigation because they could have easily seen it was not me. I had to re-open the claim and then they informed me I would not qualify for the perfisional payment now. They closed the first case because they did not want to give me the payment of $1,206.00. I keep getting the run around and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they tell me I will get a call back within 24-48 hours 3 times I have requested a call back and all 3 times I never received a call and now they are telling me I have to wait 45-90 days when first it was 10 business days.

      Over i four day span(August 16 -20th my account was hacked and charged 82 times for over $1130.00 Five charges are fees 77 signature purchases .These refect on statment The five fees are for money transfers of $16.99. The five transfers dont show on my statement but are in my transaction history. I had sense to screenshot. Company is denying tranfers. Yet i have photos showing they are there.. there operators have hung up on me ,put me on hold never to come back. Have talked over me so i couldn't speak. Every question i asled as answered in a robotic scripted answer that was on repeat. Would not let me talk would cut me off mid sentence repeating same response over and over. Dispute dept operator i spoke with refused to give me a operator number or call conformation number so i could have verification of call. I was hacked and frauded out of over 1100.00 and feel more lost and confused now than before i made attempt to resolve with their customer service. And struggling desperately and having my bonus loaded through rapid pay was supposed to be easy even less stressful it has turned into a nightmare and their customer service made me feel hopeless to blame as if i did somethingto be scammed out of money. I still dont know what to do to start process accent was so thick i had to ask to repeat several times.

      I paid my water bill and it wasn't posted for being on a 10 day hold. Meanwhile, my water was cut off. This is my money that I work for everyday. I called rapid and got put on hold by someone who never came back to phone. I called back and the person hung up on me. They are horrible, because they have no idea what they're doing. I asked them to cancel transaction and they kept transferring me because they are clueless.

      Problem:
      I've already filed one complaint, but I did not ask for compensation. I am asking now , because I'm going to be charged a $75.00 reconnection fee.

      I put in two disputed, one for $105 and the other for $486. I told them that these transactions were the result of someone doind identity theft in the internet. Since I am my own payee now, and no longer have a representative payee, I no longer use rapid paycard. I have asked them to send me a refund in the form of a check. When I called today, in 8/6/24, the agent told me that my dispute for $105 has been dismissed, and the other was still under investigation. I have since paid for a service that removes my personal information from the internet. In lieu of taking them to Small Claims Court, I am filing this complaint with you, in hopes of getting this resolved in a civil manner.

      On June 20 2024 I filed a claim of missing money off my card to rapid pay card. I had jus got paid and someone spent the money at **** ** ******* atm at 12:45 am. I was sleep at that time. I get notifications when money is taken off my card. I also had the card in my possession. Rapid pay card denied my claim after waiting 45 days saying I didn't report the card lost or stolen. After telling them I had the card in my possession. I then activated the chip enabled card they sent to me. Can u help me. The money is owed to me.

      On June 20 2024 someone took 773 Dollars off my rapid pay card. I sent it the dispute took which took 45 days for them to tell me my claim been denied. I didn't make the transactions and the money is owed to me can u help me

      Problem:
      I had a dispute going on with rapid pay card it started June 20 someone stole money off my card while I was sleep. And rapid denied my dispute. Since then I have been behind on a lot of things. The money is definitely owed to me. It was my whole work check

      This letter is in response to the consumer complaint referenced above. Rapid PayCard prepaid debit card program takes customer complaints seriously and strives to provide quality customer service while dutifully protecting customer identities and resources.

      On June 20, 2024 you have filed a dispute for a total of $773 which is $748 was withdrawn from at date. an ATM. You were advised that LOD needs to be sent back to us so that she can be qualified to receive provisional credit in the account.

      Records show you contacted customer service on July 5, 2024, you reached out to check the status of the dispute you have filed, you were advised that the case is still ongoing and there was no LOD received as of today, you were advised that dispute timeframe may take 45 days and you confirm and advised that you will call us back on July 8, 2024. On July 8, 2024 you reached out to us to check the status and were informed that case is still ongoing and it may take up until August 4, 2024 for the case to be resolved, we also advised that there was no LOD received on to that date and hung up. On July 15, 2024 you have reached out to us checking the status of the dispute, you were advised that the case is still on going and we are currently on the 25th day of investigation. On July 22, 2024 you have reached out to us checking the status of the dispute, you were advised that the case is still on going. On July 26, 2024 you have contacted us regarding the status of the dispute and was advised that the case is still ongoing and unfortunately she is not qualified for provisional credit as it has been already past 10BD to send back the LOD to us, associate advised that if you have gathered any additional evidence, please fax or mail it to us to support your case. On August 1, 2024 you have reached back to us to check the status of the dispute, you were advised that the case is still ongoing. On August 2, 2024 Dispute team published a resolution and advised that there was No Error Found and no credit will be funded in the account. On August 6, 2024 you called to check the status of the dispute and was advised that the case was closed and inform that there was No Error Found, associate advised that the dispute documents was sent through mail, you advised that you did not receive it and it was resent by our dispute team.

      We hope this information will help in satisfying this complaint. We appreciate your feedback about this matter and the opportunity to supply resolution.

      They claim no error was found they never explained what that means. The transactions happen at 12:50 in the morning. I was sleep. Then months later it happens again. While I was at work. Also they never sent me any paperwork in the mail. For the information of my dispute. How does it take 45 days to dispute something like this?

      Proof that I summited documents. Now they trynna say i didn't send the information in. I spent 7 dollars faxing the documents. The fax said it went through. But they saying they didn't receive it. I use the number on the bottom of the dispute form. I have two disputes going on. Which equal up to over 900 dollars.

      Even after summited the documents to prove I was at work when the transactions happen they still said no to refund my money of240 dollars

      Problem:
      I have two different disputes going on. One for 772 dollars. And one for 240. Both was atm withdrawals.the first dispute I been waiting since June 20 which they denied and I had to re file. I was sleep when someone was withdrawing money off my card. The second dispute I was at work. I summited documents of proof showing that and the still denied my claim. I had my card in my possession both times. They claim no error was found. The first time it was my whole work check. The second time I was working hard when someone was stealing from me.

      I get paid at my job through a third party service. The company's name that helps issue out our payments is rapid pay card. I was stolen money out of my account while I was at work. I did the whole process they wanted me to do in order for them to give me my stolen money back. This was due to lack of security that these cards have. The money in my account I have with rapid pay card should be secure. They are the ones responsible of making sure me and the rest of their clients don't get scammed and if we do make sure we are able to get that money back when we prove we didn't authorize these transactions. Rapid is refusing to give me back $4000 in stolen money and they do not provide reasoning as to why they are not giving me my money back.

      6/15/24 through 6/21/24 my rapid pay card has charges that were unauthorized from ******** Over 60 charges until they drained my account. I have called rapid paycard several times and when I get to the disputes they say, "I'm taking other calls." And then they hang up.

      Problem:
      ******* and Rapid pay card won't help me dispute these charges. This person has completely drained my account and I have been stressed out about it with no help from either side.

      I have been trying to receive a paycheck from ***** ***** ** for 4 hours of pay for two months. The Rapid Pay Card company has been giving me the run around about activating my card in order to get paid. I have also contacted ***** and ***** Corporate office and gotten no help. I'm only due a 4 hour paycheck which may seem petty but when you live check to check you depend on it. I worked the hours so I should be able to receive what I'm owed.

      Pre-paid card was issued to me at the time of my interview which was on June 8, 2024. My first paycheck was placed on this card. I am unable to retrieve money off the card due to multiple agents telling me that it takes 2 days to register the card. It has been 3 weeks and I am still unable to get my card registered. I've been told that it has been escalated every time I call back. They are advising me to call back within 2 days. I've asked to speak with a supervisor, and was disconnected by the agent 2 times. I've called my employer to get involved. My employer has done there part, but I'm still unable to retrieve my funds.
