  On 1/14/23 I hired someone I considered a friend to build a small deck for me so my dad could go sit out back comfortably his name is Herman aka Mack of Mc Dearmon Construction he started the process on 1/16/23 on 3/2/23 he called me and told me he was done with the last things that needed to be done ,so I paid him his final payment . Now when I went to check the deck it def wasn’t done he didn’t put spindles on banister an overlapped the wood as seen In the photo . I immediately reached out to him about it and he said he was coming out to fix it every Monday up until now ,and never did so here it is a new month that’s almost over and he wanna play crazy and my patience has ran out with him ,I reached out to other contractors to see what they could do to fix it, of course nobody want to go over his jacked up work very understandable, someone from carpenters union came out did an inspection and Mack did a number on my deck everything is so wrong not even up to code and looking with a normal eye you wouldn’t see some of the stuff ,and to top that off he didn't pull permits before he started the work , now at this point I’m fuming , because it’s so jacked up it has to be redone completely, now more money out my pocket to have it done correctly, I looked him up on here after the fact an he not even accredited by BBB bad F rating Lots of negative comments this ninja been scamming folks for years , because he was a so called friend ,I didn’t feel the need to research him prior and I really wish I did the research on him first , he got me messed up he not gone get away with it this time . Crazy that he always want to have conversations about God an he out here scamming folks and he don’t discriminate on who he scam , sad that he has preyed on the elderly too . folks always screaming support black businesses an this type of stuff that happens when u do .   I signed a contract 5/26/22 for $10,800 to replace some vinyl siding replace some wood a glass block window replace all missing downspouts .I paid $6800.00 down and then he wanted 3,800 for the downspouts but I didn’t give it to him. I did give him a additional $1800. To repair the front of my house up by the roof.He used old wood,the siding he put up is falling off and when I asked him about completing the job and I told him about the siding falling off, Herman told me I am not his only customer what did I want him to do. I told him I just want the job completed. He was nasty and threatening. I want a refund. He never worked a full day and he didn’t have a good work crew. Herman left a big mess in my backyard and refused to clean up the mess I feel he took advantage of a senior citizen. He proclaims the word of God like a con man.
