I asked this company to check out an air conditioning system that wasn’t cooling. After their first visit, they said they would need to re-wire the thermostat and test from there. I had to call them back multiple times to get them back to get them to return to the property to re-wire. They apparently also installed a new thermostat during this visit but never called me to quote this or get my consent. I never heard back from them after they were finished with their repairs and had to call and request an invoice and explanation of the work they did. The owner eventually hung up on me and threatened me by saying “he would make me pay more in lawyer fees than this invoice”. I would never have agreed to buying a $250 thermostat if they asked me- I have a spare thermostat on hand. I want the $250 thermostat fee adjusted off my bill because I never agreed to it and was never even given the chance to agree to it until they had already completed the work and billed me three days later.Business response

Unfortunately, we are unable to make a comment on *** *****'s claims other than the fact that his statements are misleading and non-factual. We have turned over all correspondence and information about *** *****'s service visits with out attorneys, who will be in contact with him shortly. As of today, *** ***** owes us a large sum of money yet to have been paid.Business response

RECEIVED VIA PHONE BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:
The business has been in contact with the consumer. The repairs were made and a billing adjustment was done for the thermostat. The business believes the consumer was happy with their service.
