I recently called AAA for a sewer line issue, my first impression a live person answered the phone, not a recorded message. AAA suggested contacting Cuyahoga County Public works sanitary engineer first to trouble shoot the problem, they sent out Difranco plumbing who resolved the problem in a timely and efficient manner. Im thankful for Tony and Joe for their prompt and efficient assistance in solving my issue. I also let AAA know that everything worked out well! Thank You Barbara and Frank from Parma

5 starsthey came today and did a good job. they were professional and were efficient. had a water leak in a major pipe in the basement. all fixed and double checked. i would recommend them for any and all repairs you might have. i will certainly call them again. thank you DiFranco!!
