      Awful experience. Dealership lied to us multiple times. At time of purchase we were told the car had been serviced and they listed everything the supposedly did. Two weeks after purchase car had to be towed back to dealership, but before taking it to dealership we had local mechanic look at it and we found out that most of the items on the service list had not been done. The car had to be towed because it had 2 misfires indicating 2 spark plugs were bad even though they said they had just replaced the plugs. Since we now know the dealership lied about the service we asked the local merchant to do a complete check on the car and found out that the oil had never been changed , other fluids were empty, cabin filter was the original and 2 bulbs were burned out. All this in only 2 weeks after they completed their full service. So we had the car towed to the dealership because they promised they would make it right. After having the car for a week we went to pick it up and the service manager said he could not provide us with a report of what he fixed because it had been sent to the insurance company and he would send us an itemized list once he got it back. Three weeks went by, never heard from service manager, so I stopped by the dealership and went to service desk and asked for itemized report. They printed one right off for me , and once again found out that they lied about maintenance that was done. Nothing was turned into insurance company and the only thing they fixed was one coil. I am still stuck with a car that needs a tune up because the dealership never completed one. All they did was the bare minimum to get the car running. Save you time and money and dont ever purchase anything from this dealer, I have never dealt with such dishonest people in my life.

      LESS CAR for SAME MONEY Buying a car … picking brand, model, color, packages … is stressful because there’s so much money involved in all the choices. Brunswick Toyota Auto Mart is our closest Toyota dealer. For our last two cars purchased from them, we have also been subjected to a shell game of final numbers. Two different Sales Mangers treated my wife and I with disrespect and insulted us throughout the process. In our most recent experience, we ordered and paid a deposit on a vehicle made in Japan. At delivery time, the dealer had substituted a similar vehicle made in Canada. $315 worth of accessories were substituted for those totaling $1,308 on the original order. Yet, the final sales price was the same on both orders. I requested a refund for the difference in the lower-cost Canadian vehicle. What ensued was an argument to maintain the unchanged final figure. At this point, Sales Manager Mike got angry, shouted at me and terminated discussion. Salesman Ron said he could refund part of the money on the credit card used for the deposit, but the rest would come in a mailed check. I requested the dealer to issue a check or cash before I left, because I could no longer trust the dealer. Instead, the salesman drove me to a bank to deposit the original cashiers check and issue a new one for the adjusted amount. The entire transaction took over three hours. I felt angry and demeaned by the attempt to give me less vehicle for my money. We will erase Brunswick Toyota from any further purchase or service on our vehicles.

      I leased a car from brunswick auto mart a 2022 jeep compass and it started to leak oil,i took it to a local auto shop to have them look at it and he said it was the tranmission cooler,he said to take it to a dodge dealer and have it fixed,so i called brunswick automart,they said it wasnt covered under the powertrain warranty,so i had the auto shop fix it ,it cost over $***** to have it fixed,i called corporate and they gave us a claim # and said to go back to the dealership to file the claim,we went to *** and they said to file it with corporate,we called and they said the dealership should of fixed it because of the powertrain warranty,so now we r out of over $ ***** dollars when it should of been covered by the warranty,thanku Brunswick Auto Mart,u can count on my family never buying another ******** product again.

      Refusing to work on my truck through warranty claim Tech couldn't find problem for 3 times I had to go in physically to point out the problem to their tech, clean out truck accordingly to tech then tech comes back and says the aftermarket salt spreader wiring is in his way which it is on the other side of the repair and not in his way, if a tech can not move wiring and keep it out of his way he should not be working on vehicles.

      I place an order 2024 ****** Camry XLE on September, 23, 2023.The sales team told me that the "Super Sonic Red" color may be difficult to find so it may take until December of 2023.I had a similar experience back in 1992 because I special ordered a 1992 MR2 with a T-top and they had told me it would take a while to manufacture and ship it from ******I agreed and was happy when it arrived in ********** and arrived at the Brunswick dealership in around 4 months.I received no calls from my sales person for 4 months, so I called him in January 2024.He didn't return my call in two weeks, so I called the Sales Manager, who told me the sales manager had been on vacation, and out of town.The salesman called me back and told me that they were having trouble finding the red color and would I be open to another color.By the way, a friend at work has the 2023 Camry in the same color I want and got it in 2 months from ****** Metro.So I decided to be patient.No phones or correspondence from anybody for over 9 months.I went to the Brunswick Auto Mart dealership on today, June 22, the 10 month anniversary of my order and cancelled my "Order" and got my money back.I have purchased 7 new cars from ****** over the past 40 years, but never again, and neither will my family and friends.A warning to all ****** shoppers; this is not an "order" for a car when the dealership does not have a car in their lot that matches what you want, this is a request from all the ****** dealers in the ** for the car with the model and other special features that you want in your car.Then they make you compromise on your requirements in the prayer they can fill that request from other competing dealerships.They could have built 3 cars in the 10 months I waited for nothing.

      I took my car in for repairs, they ordered the parts but when I went in they told me they decided they were not going to fix my car. They claimed the car was too old, which it is not. I didn't do anything wrong for them to decide not to fix my car. They would not give me a good reason. The customer service was also very poor.

      I purchased a set of body side moulding for my black 2023 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD Hybrid Bronze Edition providing my VIN during the ordering process. After 5 days, I received the set body side moulding but it’s the wrong color, they sent me a set in white. I sent an emai immediately requesting a return label for exchange for the correct black color (you would think that they would have checked my VIN that I provided to get the exact color when I put in the order) so I can ship the item back to them, moments later received a generic response directing me to their Return Policy. I responded with another email that I’m simply requesting for a return label and they responded that since I’m returning the item I should pay for the return label. I refused to pay for the return label as they were the ine who made the mistake, I was told that they will send me the return label but will deduct the cost from my refund. I don’t think that as a consumer given I’ve provided my VIN should be penalized by someone else’s mistake when I’m simply requesting for them to make it right-to exchange the received item for the correct color, in black. This is not a good way to operate a business, it’s simply an even exchange transaction! I wish there’s a 0-star option that I could give to this entity.

      I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek. The salesperson, ******* ********, was extremely knowledgeable, he assisted me in finding something within my budget, and the finance manager, **** *****, explained everything to me, all my optional packages and warranties and spelled out the payment plan. The entire experience was quick and stress-free. I would highly recommend anybody searching for an automobile to go no further than Brunswick Subaru. I had not purchased a vehicle in over a dozen years and it was such a relief to have worked with these two folks.

      I can't give them a zero star rating... Shady People.. ******* ***** (salesperson) and ***** ***** (sales manager). I think they have a side business going with the **** *********** ****** *****. I've been a *** customer forever (this is my 3rd RAV) and suddenly **** is the place to be. Really?? Per *******, her whole family uses them.. that was the first red flag. Interest rate is 2% higher that *** was... hmmm Then **** sends paperwork and apparently they don't do online payments without charging a $7 fee or $12 over the phone. People don't use checks anymore... so really? Does the AutoMart folks get a portion of that? I've been researching "Truth in Lending" laws and they're breaking a boatload of them. Shame on you folks...

      Brunswick Toyota offers choices for their guest to pick from if Ms.***** was comfortable with a higher monthly payment she could have chosen to contract her new vehicle with TFS. She instead chose, as many of our customers do, for the more affordable payment option leasing with Credit Union.

      I inquired about pricing of new Toyota Hybrids that were available to reserve with a deposit until they arrived at dealer. I received by email spec sheets with MSRP pricing on the vehicles I was interested in. When I went to the dealership I was told there would be a $2K dealer mark-up on the vehicle I wanted. I left and when I questioned their very deceptive sales process I was told that 350 families still must be fed during this historic low inventory times to justify the dealer mark up, that they don't tell you about when they send you information on a vehicle with a documented price. So I was sent pricing and it changed during my visit to include a dealer mark up with an unbelievable response for justification. Should be an easy decision where to spend my hard earned money and it was. as this is a deceptive practice, sending an email with a documented pricing and then adding to it on visit.
