I obtained Reyes roofing company to replace my patio deck roof which was damaged during the storm, March 25, 2022 Reyes came and gave me a estimate for the patio deck roof, while there I showed him Patio the damage to the screening on the patio as well, asked if he knew anyone that could replace the screening, he replied he did that work as well. I said you do? He said thats why its Reyes Roofing and more. I said ok, submit me an estimate, he then saw other damage to my home as a result of the storm and said he could do that as well, So I obtained his services . Submitted his invoice to insurance. He started work , completed the roof satisfactory and began the patio, day 1 he had workers there doing job. I saw, many issues with the repairs of my patio. Wrong screen replacement, damage to my materials and property during the repairs. Request for ****************** to come see me or call to correct the damage and unsatisfactory work. he told his son he would address my concerns when he came back to my home to finish the work. The insurance company wanted to talk with him concerning some of the other work he had submitted Invoice to do work , he would never talk to insurance company or return their calls I paid him for the roof and deck as he requested. But I would not pay for anything else until he would come and address the unsatisfactory work done on the patio. He would never come or call back.. after repeatedly calling him and leaving messages, he called back with hostility and aggressive responses, I called the supplier he told me he was using to replace my shutters and he was dishonest. Because the supplier he said he ordered my shutters, said he has no order for any shutters he had removed my shutters and brought the wrong sizes, when my husband would not allow him To hang wrong material on the house. He said he has to order them, so there was no order at the place he told us he had ordered, and left our house with our old shutters and no replacement for weeks and became angry she I said I was not happy with the work and he needed to make it right and come and correct his wrongs. Sent someone to hang shutters . Would not agree to fix or resolve my concerns. I now want a refund for the patio deck work and damage done . He made it worse than when he came.Business response

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.
[Unfortunately all the services and repairs provided by Reyes Roofing were inadequate. In addition to the original complaint of the improperly installed patio panels and screening it is now raining inside of my patio. From a newly installed roof that Reyes installed on May 22, 2023. To resolve the problem I would appreciate full refund to obtain a new contractor to make the necessary repairs to my home. Enclosed and attached are the videos of the rain and leaking from the newly installed roof. Invoice and Receipt of funds received. Due to lack of communication from Reyes he never provided me with the contract and a work permit as requested before starting the job. **** would provide at a later date, would never meet with me again, after I made him aware of my concerns and dissatisfaction regarding his work, would not agree to a reasonable resolution. Now the The rain and leaking unacceptable. I look forward to a reply and a resolution.
