            Jim, our installer, was professional, knowledgeable, skillful and the outcome of his work was beyond our expectations. We appreciated his courteous interactions, which were helpful with suggestions, scheduling and our questions. Martin went above and beyond customer service. If Martin didn't have the answer, he found out and explained it to us in a timely manner and thoroughly. We were then confident and able to make informed decisions to move the project forward. Tony got it all started. He was the first step. Nothing could have happened without his diligent research for products that were nontoxic. Also, his advice during the selection process we believe has contributed to this outcome that we are totally pleased with. ** *******, 11/3/2023
