    I purchased a ******** ****** lite, from The Exchange, located on Cleveland ave in Canton Ohio. Just after about 45 mins of using the ******, it shut off and would not turn back on. I plugged it in and left it to charge overnight. In the morning I then tried to turn it back on, nothing happened. I contacted The exchange and they said as long as it is with in 30 days I can return it. A few days later i went into the store and was greeted as usual. I went to the counter and was how they could help me. I explained what had happened, the employee looked over the ****** and walked over to another employee and proceeded to whisper to them. He came back over and asked what exactly had happened, I again explained, and they looked at it again and said they would not return it, because it quit working. I started to get angry with them because they said, what I was telling them didn't make sense. I asked how so? The employee said it was due to the time frame. I said no, what I said is what happened. They talked more and said, no refund, I don't believe you. after arguing with him he said I will replace it with another one. I explained that I do not want another one. He said its either this or nothing at all. I said according to the receipt I can return it. Him I don't care, and you need to understand I being generous. I stated that I wanted my money back NOT another used ******, I was handed another one and was told that was it. They refused to give me my receipt back, just a different one showing a swap. I have never had a issue until now returning something that I either didn't work or I didn't like. I have shopped there for almost 10 yrs, and never been treated like this before.. I have always gotten my money back I have always been told by the employees if you don't like it you have 30 days to return it. There policy is - 30 days from purchase date. I was 1 week. To make sure you know what's going this ******** ****** Lite was USED NOT NEW, and I was aware of that.

    Took my console in after they told me on the phone they would take and offer me more then ******** however after walking with it almost an hour because I live almost next door to the ****** company in the **** end of ****** they tell me "No" because according to them it has an "Oder" I asked several different people on my way home if they could smell anything and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM SAID NO! Until they make it right I will no longer step foot in there or send any one of my followers there!

    We buy, sell, and trade products and have done so for the last 48 years. If a customer brings in an item, we will make an appraisal of that item based on both its popularity and condition.  We do NOT guarantee that we will buy everything someone brings in, but we will look at it. The item Mr. ******* brought in was not an item we could make an offer on based on it's condition. Our manager politely told Mr. ******* that it was not something we would make an offer on due to condition. Mr. ******* became upset asking what condition and our manager again politely told him the item smelled.  ( Our manager stated the game system smelled like cat urine/feces).      Mr. ******* responded with profanity and hostility. 

    We do not buy everything presented to us for appraisal when it's an item we cannot resell.  Unfortunately, this is one of those cases.
