Hey ****, we sorry about these issues you’ve experienced. Your truck’s lift kit and oversized tires have contributed to the ongoing problems. We replaced over $3K worth of parts and performed courtesy repairs. Unfortunately, your warranty company would not cover the repairs due to these modifications. We have documented every repair and explained the impact of the modifications on your vehicle’s performance. Despite our best efforts, the condition of your vehicle and the modifications have made it challenging to achieve the desired driveability. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to reach out.

on Friday, July 19 I arrived for a 1 o’clock appointment for an oil change to my Cadillac ATS. Tires were not rotated and after delivery I requested for this to be corrected. Car was pulled back in to beay where technician stated they forgot to do the tire rotation, and then tire rotation was completed. Was charged $108. Upon driving home it was noticed that the sticker indicating the oil change did not have the correct oil, weight information. I contacted the facility and they informed me that most likely the technician put in the wrong information. I asked them to verify and they told me they would call back. after receiving a return phone call I was told correct oil was put in the vehicle, but the wrong oil weight was put on the sticker and not to worry about it. I called my father and ask him to go to the facility and recover the used empty bottles just to make sure that it was the correct oil -when my father did this, He noted that much of the oil had not even been used and was dripping on the floor and throughout the shop because the containers were not empty. once arriving home and after letting the car rest for at least 30 minutes, I checked the oil level and it was much below the manufacturers suggested level. Not only was the car not topped off. It was over a quart low —when I contacted the owner/manager— I was told that he spoke with the technician and that it was not the normal caliber of their service. I was not offered a refund even though I communicated to the owner that I had to purchase additional oil in order to have enough in my car to meet manufactures guidelines.

    Dear ******,

Thank you for your review. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. You arrived early, and we accommodated your request to start work ahead of schedule. Your appointment was for an oil change, and a tire rotation was not requested or due. We used six individual bottles of Pennzoil Platinum as per your request. An error was made on the sticker, but the correct oil was used. Despite our attempts to resolve your concerns, we were unable to reach a mutual understanding.

We strive to maintain high service standards. Please reach out directly for any further assistance.
