    I bought a 2018 Chevy Trax 7 months ago and just found out it was in an accident and has a rebuilt title, which was never revealed at the time of sale. I have had to put almost $1000 in it myself and just found out two days ago. The engine now has problems while getting an oil change from my mechanic. They coded it and found that the turbo is going out on the engine. So buyers beware none of his cars are checked out they just clean them up and make them. now, a reputable car dealer is saying this car should’ve never been put on the road.

    This is incorrect. It is not a rebuilt title. If you look at the title you were mailed it says "Original" at the top. You can also go to the BMV website and type in the VIN number, and you will see it is a clean title. The Carfax also shows that it is clean title. You were also showed the Carfax when you purchased the vehicle disclosing, yes it was in an accident, but minor. We did offer you a service contract/warranty which you originally purchased, but later requested cancellation on, and were given a refund back for the service contract/warranty. Had you not cancelled the service contract, the issue you are having now, more than likely would have been covered.
