              We purchased a 2021 Hyandai Kona, when purchased it was sold to us with a factory powertrane warranty. 2 days after purchase, there was an oil leak. ***** scheduled it to be fixed with hyandai under the powertrane once the car got to hyandai, they informed us the the warranty was restricted on the motor, due to prior ownership and neglect. They don’t know anything about the motor or history and ***** keeps running us in circles instead of making the problem right. This is auto fraud, my rights as consumer have been violated and it has caused loss of pay to go back and forth, the value of our car has dropped by almost 8,000.

              I would put no stars If it let me. This dealer sold me a car with under 90,000 miles with a bad water pump and a blown head gasket now they are recommending I swap engines which will cost an additional 7,900. The service guy told me they were not covering any of the bill and I was stuck with it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

              First thing I must say is we have not even talk d to Kyle yet. Kyle bought the car on June 4th 2022. He called us on August 8th with a problem. He had the vehicle at another shop. He purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from us. So we immediately recommended our GM store for service on the phone call. That is the last of our conversation with Kyle. So we will be calling him to see what is going on. He purchased the car As Is and waiver a service contract. Bought the vehicle with 94,122 and nothing owed on a We Owe. The vehicle now has 98,485. So he has driven the vehicle for 4,363 and we have had not one complaint
