      To Whom it May Concern,

      I am writing to you about a business in your area called "Boat and RV Accessories" located at 7975 S. Suburban Rd, Centerville, OH 45458-2702. They are a member of the BBB. 
      I ordered parts online for my RV refrigerator on June 7, 2023. The parts included a power module kit (control board) and a refrigerator thermo fuse, and were paid for through Paypal in the amount total of $309.51. I received an email thanking me for my order the same day. The expected delivery date for my order was June 11, 2023, 

      A notice was sent to my wife (******) cell phone (************) that the items had been delivered and placed at our front door at 1:15pm on June 11,2023. There was no package located at our front door or anywhere else around our apartment. 

      On June 12, 2023 I went to our local post office and spoke with the supervisor, (*** ******** ******** ****) about the missing items. I also contacted the seller, Boat and RV Accessories, they gave me the tracking numbers which I then provided for the supervisor at our post office. Both parties were able to confirm via the tracking numbers that the items had arrived at the post office and were scanned in. The post office supervisor confirmed items had been sent out for delivery, and that they had a record of them being scanned by the carrier in our parking lot near my garage but they couldn't tell where she went from there. 

      On June 14, 2023, the post office sent letters to all the tenants at our apartment complex asking them to contact the post office if the items had gotten delivered to them by mistake. I have included a copy of the letter that was sent to all the tenants as we received one as well. There were no results from the letter that was sent. No one contacted the post office stating they received the package. 

      At this point, the post office instructed us to go back to the seller, since they would be the responsible party in situations like ours, and lost packages would be covered by their insurance. I contacted the seller, and they did not return my call. I then filed a complaint with the BBB to inform them of my situation. The BBB contacted the seller, (Boat and RV Acc), and shortly after that the seller contacted me and said they would investigate and update me. They asked me if they couldn't find the package would we rather have a refund or a replacement of the items. We asked for a refund. We have heard nothing back from them since that time. 

      On June 16, 2023, We escalated a dispute with PayPal and they sent us a return email on June 26 confirming that our items were shipped by USPS and again gave us the same tracking numbers. Email stated: "Latest update: your items were delivered at front door on June 11, 2023. Case Status: closed. Case was closed in the sellers favor as the seller provided a valid proof of delivery. Issue: items not delivered." 

      We have received no refund from the seller as of today's date 7/27/2023. Between the seller, the post office, and paypal, our issue has not been resolved. We are on a fixed income and are still out $309.51. The seller is a member of the BBB, yet does not ensure their products reach their customer? And refuses to offer a refund if this doesn't happen? This does not ensure buyer satisfaction. I don't know if the post office carrier delivered the items to the wrong apartment, or if they were stolen, but we did not receive them and checked our front door only a short time after we received notification that they were delivered. 

      Please give this matter your immediate attention. From all the research I have done, it is the seller's responsibility to make sure items reach the correct party, and their insurance should be covering items when they don't. I still don't have the parts for my RV refrigerator, and I also don't have my money so I cannot afford to order the items again. I have enclosed documentation with dates, tracking numbers and conversations for your reference.

      Why do you keep asking the same questions? I'm old and you are confusing me. What is so hard to understand? We ordered and paid for the parts and we never received them!!

      I placed an order for a hygrometer and clock from this company on march 11 2022. Both items were and are still listed as in stock on their website **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************  that is the hygrometer in question as a reference, I have reached out multiple times to try and get these items in my possession, I even called the company that makes them in germany, and was told that they are in stock, in germany. This company has done little to remedy the situation, they will not answer emails, the phone number just goes to voicemail, i have left multiple messages, and nobody has called back. I am seeking a resolution, I believe this to be false advertising.

      This company took funds from my bank for a product they never shipped. The create a label and never send the product because it's out of stock. Then expect you to wait indefinitely until they receive it. I've waited weeks. They took 5days Just to pretend that they ship the item" label created" I can also see that this is not the 1st time this company has done this which does not surprise me considering how easy it usually is to deal with Amazon if there is an issue which is seldom. Either way anyone who's reading this if you feel the need to complain about this company please do so because if we don't all stand together to do it they will continue to get away with making people wait indefinitely or stealing their money. I have several different screenshots of things that were promised that we're not followed through on from Amazon as do I from this seller so should they be requested I would be happy to upload them.

      I apologize the package did not arrive by the Amazon estimated delivery time as you can see in the screenshot although it was shipped as per the Amazon required dates of 3/14.  You can also see by the same screenshot a refund was provided when you first mentioned you has not received the package by the delivery estimate.  I have also included a second screenshot showing the tracking that was provided and the current progress since 3/14. It is still in transit to you and you should receive it in the next business day.

         I've tried sending this 3 times and it will not allow me to do so with Uploaded pictures. However I would be happy to email them to the company showing that the package was damaged before even opened from the envelope they put it in.

       If you guys did genuinely process my refund on the 19th that's not what I was told by your staff. I was told I would be waiting for you guys to conclude your investigation on a lost package. Also Amazon told me that you refused to help. Several times they told me they would open an A to Z claim only to find out that they had not. In the end, had the package shipped Thursday after I ordered it or even Friday. We would not have been dealing with this. When I called I got an apology for this but no explanation. In the end this ended up costing me quite a bit of frustration and money for the reservation that we had booked for my son's and my own birthday camping trip. The package did finally arrive on the 22nd.  It was supposed to be here between the 15th and the 18th at the latest. You can send me whatever label you would like and get back your broken part. You still kept my money far past when it should have been held.  You guys need to think more of this from the customers end. If it had been shipped out in a timely manner it's possible a different person might have transported the package and it would not have been in this condition and arrived this late. All in all I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service that I received and in the end had to drive up to Camping World costing me $60 fuel plus the part, plus the money that I lost for our reserved rv spot for 4 of the 7 days.  An estimated loss of a little over $500. Had someone just been honest with me and told me that the part would probably not arrive by the 18th I would have gone up to Camping World sooner.  Instead I was told that the part shipped the same day I ordered it when I 1st called which was completely false considering only a label was made on Saturday almost 2 full days after the order was placed.  Of course they don't do pickups so it's it actually didn't go out until Monday. Whatever your next response is I hope it's a good apology that is meant and not just generic. I will not be paying any return shipping so as I said if you want your broken part back send me a label through Amazon or to my email.

      I apologize you feel we misled you or tried to deceive you in any way.  Your order was placed through Amazon and we have to abide by there rules and regulation.  As you can see from the attachments the ship date for your order was 3/14 and USPS acknowledges receiving the package on that date.  We are in Ohio and to California it does take several days.  Had expedited shipping been purchased at the time the order was place there would have been guaranteed delivery assigned to the shipment. As far as starting an A-to-Z claim we do not have access to your account nor does Amazon allow us to provide this feature.  You can also see from the screen shots you were refunded and the transaction is complete.  If you do not see the refund you will need to contact Amazon.  We do not have access to your payment methods or transaction details.  Amazon can provide you with this information.  If you would like to return the item you can log into your Amazon account and select the return button for this transaction.  You will be provided a prepaid label at no cost to you.  I appreciate you letting us know you did receive the item.  And again I apologize it did not arrive in your expected time frame.  I'm sure you are aware of the ongoing situations and conditions beyond our control.

      I ordered an inverter from Boat and RV Accessories on Amazon site and they say it was shipped and UPS says delivered but it was not. Amazon has inquired but they are refusing to respond to Amazon message about this except one message to me saying they will open an investigation. Refuse to refund money or send replacement.

While checking the tracking number on UPS.com we did see it was marked delivered on September 3rd. Delivered On 09/03/2021 1:38 P.M. As with the several emails back and forth stating we did start a claim with the shipping company and agreed to a refund or a replacement. Apparently that was not what you were looking for and started a claim on Amazon. Again, I apologize you were not satisfied with our communication and willingness to make this right for you. Amazon sent them a message telling them to replace the item and they did not respond. The company responded to a Google review but that was not acceptable either. I have also filed a police report here locally as well as in Centerville Oh. There are many negative reviews on Facebook and other places including the companies own website. Since you had started a claim through Amazon we were not able to move forward. As of checking your case this morning I do see that you have been completely refunded. Amazon sent a message to seller saying the wanted a replacement sent to me which they did not respond at all. What came of the abruptly ended investigation by UPS and where was the package delivered? Once I told Amazon that I had contacted law enforcement and filed reports did they reversed their decision of a refund. I do not consider this matter closed just because a refund was issued. I am in conversations with the Texas Attorney Generals office and legal counsel as whether or not to pursue legal actions against all parties.

      Date 23 July 2021, Amount 1.194.22 There website showed this to be the cooling unit for my refrigerator and the customer assistant said also. Tried to install it but was to big called customer assistant again she gave me Norcold tech support they gave me the correct part number so I called them back ordered the correct one paid for it. Then I paid to ship the incorrect one back they received it but only refunded me 955.38 called and they said because the two tubes of mastic was not in it that cost 12.00 each that I all ready told them I used to install it was not there that cost me 238.84 I could have bought the correct one from another company for cheaper but thought I would continue my business with them to be fair. They say sorry no more refund, I will never do business with them again and I think others need to know. Thank you.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/23) */ Unfortunately he purchased the incorrect item on his own after he was sent cross-reference diagrams for his original unit. The part shipped was correct as to what was purchased but we did not give guidance as to what should be purchased beyond diagrams that show the correct unit he should have ordered. He realized his mistake after the unit was installed. We agreed to take it back but he was told if there was anything missing or the item was damaged there would be a restocking fee. During installation parts and pieces were used and not replaced when shipped back. The installation also caused damage and scratches to the item as it could not be resold. The customer assistant was called before placing the order and I was told this is the unit that fit so I ordered it. The diagram was not sent till after the unit did not fit. As the two tubes of mastic had to be used to install it. Was I to scoop it up and put it in a baggie to send back? They cost 17.00 a tube, and I cleaned up the part that the mastic was on, the scratches is bogus as the unit had damages from shipping when I received it as the pictures I showed. If you tape your customer assistant calls you can go back and listen to when I called and what was asked before I purchased it.
