    I ordered cabinets and countertops through **** ****t on November 28, 2022. The cabinets were delivered and installed on December 28th. I called that day and was told Crafted Surface & Stone couldn’t template the counters until January 17, three weeks later. At that point, I was told that the counters would be installed in 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks and no contact, I called and did not have my calls returned until the third day. I was told that whoever did the scheduling would be doing so shortly and would be in touch soon. After two weeks with no contact, I called back. My call was returned a day later and I was told that the earliest available date for installation would be April 21st, 13 weeks after templating. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and did not get a response, but I was told that professionals were getting preferential treatment over my small job. I then contacted Home Depot, who were very helpful and professional and allowed me to cancel my order with a full refund. I got a call from the Columbus office first thing the next morning telling me that the counters had been cut and that they could now install them April 3rd, when there had been no flexibility until Home Depot got involved. The person was polite, but I would NOT ever use or recommend this contractor, and if Home Depot maintains their contract with them. I would get your countertops elsewhere. I went less than two miles down the street and am having countertops installed within three weeks. It’s a bit more money, but well worth saving the aggravation. This company sat on my full payment for four months and did nothing but templating. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
