              Incredibly unhappy with the food and omission of service at Yours Truly, the Solon location! Hair was found in my food. The waitress "Jazzman"(her spelling not mine) was horrible. Her attitude was rude and curt, and we were treated with the gift of her thumb in our food as she served the plates… GROSS! I asked if a manager was on duty, she replied, “nope, everybody’s working the grill “. I got up and went to the front kiosk to request the manager in efforts not to make a scene and disturb other guests to discuss the hair, the additional “seasoning” and her less than amiable attitude. Jazzman was brazen and came and stood right next to me. I asked to speak with him privately , she did not move, nor did he ask her to return to her station. The manager, Chris, offered to replace the item, yet oddly, never offered an apology for serving debris, or for Jazzman’s obvious attempt at intimidation. This demonstrates that the animals are in charge of the zoo. No thanks! Paid our bill and suggest that you too should stay away.
