      I'd give zero if I could I will NEVER recommend anyone every going there the made teeth way to big for me I can't even wear them they tried fixing them multiple times then when I complained the attitude changes They do not stand behind their money back guarantee in 90 days do do not fall for it they got all my money and I got teeth I can never wear cause they don't fit and I've not had recent extractions it's been years and they tried blaming it on me I will never go back there the way I felt after disliking the teeth they wasn't even straight the teeth were slanted up on one side just looked absolutely ridiculous the take your money then your screwed . I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket again but more cause my insurance already paid their share to them NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!

      They lied and charged my insurance company for dentures I did not receive from them.Almost $3,000

      I wish there was the possibility of rating a NEGATIVE number of stars!! I went to Aspen Dental in ***********, ** many years ago and am STILL having to live with what they did to me! I originally went to aspen Dental for a tooth abscess in the back right of my mouth. They took x-rays and then brought them in to show me what my problem was....they said that EVERY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH HAD TO COME OUT as they were all bad in some way! They then sent me into their business office, with the pain STILL being caused by the abscess, and set me up an appointment for 3 days later. I went in 3 days later, with the abscess even worse, and they proceeded to tell me that EVERY TOOTH IN MY HEAD HAD TO COME OUT! They convinced me, while being ambushed by the dentist, the business manager, AND the finance manager, to allow the dentist to do the entire procedure that day! I finally agreed and went back into the dentist's chair where the dentist proceeded to PULL EVERY TOOTH I HAD IN MY MOUTH and sent me home with a mouth full of cotton!! I went back several days later to get my "temporary dentures" which fit horribly and caused ALOT OF PAIN!!! To make a long story short, they never did give me the permanent dentures that I had already paid for! And when I finally wised up and went to a reputable dentist, after looking at my x-rays, that I got from Aspen Dental, the dentist came back into the office with tears in her eyes and said to me "Tari, I am so, so sorry that someone in my profession did this to you, because according to these x-rays, your teeth did not need to come out! The only one with a problem was the tooth with the abscess! None of the others needed to come out." So, the only reason they pulled EVERY TOOTH IN MY HEAD was to be able to then sell me the full set of dentures!!!! Of which I never did get! So, their greed is something I will have to live with EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!
