    I purchased a 2008 ford f-250 from hometown auto in Chillicothe Ohio on January 8,2022. After the purchase of the truck I purchased an extended warranty from Endurance due to the age of the truck. I had the truck towed to Lines Auto in Bremen Ohio for brake service on November 1. They contacted Endurance for permission to perform the maintenance and Endurance sent an inspector to look at my truck on November 3 and the shop manager called me to let me know my policy was canceled due to emission parts missing. I tried to call Endurance but was not able to talk to anyone. I then called the dealer that sold me my truck, to see if I could work something out with them to get it fixed or replaced since I know now it isn't legal to drive. I called their Waverly office and spoke to a women named ***** and explained my situation to her and she connected me with the service manager, ****, I explained the situation to him and told him I hoped we could work something out since the truck was sold to me violating the Ohio vehicle anti-tampering law and further more they had purchased it from another person prior to selling it to me, also violating this law. He told me I was being threatening since I said I would rather not have to report this to Ohio EPA and BBB, he again told me I was threatening him and he would call the sales manger at Chillicothe, **, and have him call me. He finished the call by saying do what you got to due. Service manager also accused me of messing with the truck and it was almost a year ago and they probably will not work with me. The only thing I changed on this truck was 4 new tires purchased on January 13, 2022. I'm Expecting call from manager, **, in the morning.

    •Date of the transaction was in july of 2021 not sure of exact day •I had to get a loan of 48,305.43 •The business’s commitment to me was a good affordable vehicle with no issues, • I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since I have owned it • the vehicle has been in for service 4-5 times now, the vehicle is on its third transmission in a matter of only putting 10 thousand miles on the vehicle, the ABS module on the vehicle is going out, the vehicle had a issue of overheating at one point, the vehicles third transmission is currently slipping and already messing up after 3 thousand miles on it, •the business keeps taking the truck in to service it but will not give me a long term solution to the issue • I do not have any service receipts due to them not giving me any
