    I dropped my car off to be cleaned on December 13th. I picked up my car on December 15th. It took weeks for my car seats to dry from being shampooed. Once they were dry and I began to drive the car again, I noticed several areas throughout the entire vehicle that were still dirty. The front seat belt area, the "ash tray" compartment, the middle console, behind the driver seat, and in the trunk area. I contacted their business page through ******** Messenger. After weeks of empty promises that they will reclean it and making excuses why they can't get me in for another week or weeks. I finally asked for a refund so I can take it somewhere else to have it cleaned properly and in a timely manner. They have since stopped responding all together.

    Hello! I cleaned and sanitized her entire suv from top to bottom. Customer stated she only cared about it being sanitized because her son puts his hands in his mouth. Which I then made sure ALL surfaces were clean and sanitized. I also set up a time and day for her to bring it back so I can "redo" the areas of concern. She failed to show up. I was closed due to weather conditions but again made a day and time for her to bring it back and she never showed. Customer also waited WEEKS to write me stating these complaints. I make sure all my customers look at the work done before driving off which her and husband did. At that time they said everything looked great and the husband even stated he was going to bring his chevy blazer next once the weather gets better. I tried to make it right even weeks after the service was provided and again she didn't show up. Not one time did anyone ever ask me for a refund. She paid for the service performed after looking at the suv and was satisfied.  I felt I was being harassed after attempting to make it right and I have the right to refuse service to anyone. Thank you for your time helping get this resolved.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.





    I have multiple messages from you saying why you were unavailable to clean it for WEEKS. As well as you not responding on multiple occasions. I've attached proof of my request for my money back. The night your referring to that I didn't show, my son had a sinus infection, double ear infection and croup. I wrote you and said I could bring it in the next day. You weren't closed and your schedule wasn't too busy. I have screenshots of you posting on ** saying you were so slow and had open availability all week. Yet you told me you were busy for weeks. So after weeks of trying and then your business page blocking me, I text the number you gave me and asked for my money back so I can get it cleaned somewhere else. 

    When we picked up my car you said you were in a hurry. You meet us at the blazer in the parking lot and said the keys were in my car. I never even stepped foot in your business. We never looked at the vehicle, other than the few pictures you sent me saying it was clean. It was cold out. I didn't inspect every inch of the car in the parking lot. You said he should bring the blazer back to get it cleaned. We never said we were going to. It took weeks for my car seats to dry so I couldn't even drive it to see all the areas you missed. Yes, my baby touches everything. He's a baby. That's why I wanted it cleaned. The first time the baby was in my vehicle after getting it back from you, he stuck his hand in something sticky in the middle console. Because the car was NOT clean!!!! The more I looked, the more spots I found that were not clean. You can clearly see that it's old dirt. You even admitted that you missed areas. 


    You're being harassed? I was just trying to get you to finish the job you were paid for. If you want to talk about harassment, I also have screenshots of your daughter cursing and calling me names on your business page after you got the notice from the BBB. It's very unprofessional to have your wife and daughter harass me on your behalf. 
     

    You can refuse business to anyone. That's fine. But you don't get to charge people for a service then not complete the job. Give me my money back and I'll take my business elsewhere.
