      My personal banker ******** at the Bloomingdale Branch was so very helpful to me! She helped me secure a new bank card. I accidentally destroyed my new card instead of the old card. She helped me to straighten it out and get a new card! Going above and beyond, and out of her way to help me out! Love my Bloomingdale Branch!

      Took two EFT out of my account and it overdrafted my account. Told me I had to wait 4 business days to ask for the money back. Still haven’t received the credit back to my account as that can take an additional 7-10 business days. Horrible.

      Terrible bank There's always something that they do wrong. It took them 4 days to release funds for $ 2000.00 dollar check. Please do not get 5/3 bank

      High interest rates and random fees. I hate this "bank." I was told I would get a refund for one fee I was charged and never received it. This month I get ANOTHER random $30 fee on a high interest car loan with no explanation. Steer clear of this "bank."

      My rent was due I've been. Working out of town finally made it back into town. Trying to call the bank to raise my limit on my card. She said it was a different phone number. So I quickly drove to the Madison ******* Got there 2 minutes till she locked. The door on me and told me they weren't taken anybody else. So now I have to pay a two hundred dollar late fee

      ZERO STARS. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK. I opened an account to gain the promised promotional bonus. The day of opening the account I had $500 deposited into the new 5/3 account. A woman called to be my personal banker and the same day the woman called, the bank closed my account ALTHOUGH $500 was in the account! I had to go in person to have the account reopened and to reclaim my $500. THEN I was sent a debit card for the account and I was not able to activate the card. I had to call tech to have the card turned on. THEN I called to make sure the bonus was approved because I was fed up what was going on with the bank. The banker said the bonus is in progress and to call at a certain date if the bonus was not in the account. TODAY is the day after the date and the bonus is still not in the account. I called the bank today 9 times and no one picked up. Then I had to discuss the bonus issue online AND on the phone with the MAIN BRANCH and no one would help. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY BANK that did not deliver on what was promised. I have screenshots of the conversation for the bank bonus and will be posting this unacceptable VERY BAD service on social media for everybody to see. Also, I am writing this on the BBB - but this is a REVIEW so I hope this is taken as seriously as it should be!

      I had my card blocked due to some suspicious activity, been on hold for 4 HOURS not one person from there has answered me. Absolutely terrible

      This is a CSR issue at 53 on-line banking service center and not specific to a location. I reached to get a stop payment on an EFT payment. The CSR processed the order so she says but the merchant never received the request. I have since settle this with the merchant. I reached out to 53 for a refund of the fee and they are refusing to issue a credit stating that the stop payment is not guaranteed. They have not proven that it was ever issued. The merchant never received and 53 is refusing to share any details regarding processing the request which in my opinion is a clear indication that it was not issued and fraud has occured at the bank. How can banks offer a service, take the money and then not process the request without any reprecussions and stand firm on it was not guaranteed. I have been a customer at this bank for over 30 years and this is how they treat their long standing customers. I do have a lot of money but do not waste it on bank fees.

      ZERO STARS!!! HORRIBLE place to bank. I was scammed by ***** and they did nothing to help me. They even made me pay back the money that the scammer deposited to my account. When I brought in the police report and documentation of the scam, they wouldn't accept it because my account was closed while they were the ones who forced me to close my account!!!! The police are looking into this. DO NOT EVER BANK WITH FIFTH THIRD!!! They do nothing for their customers but make issues worse!!!!!
