I signed a contract with Peak Pro roofing on October 19, 2021. I have since viewed the roof work of another job they had completed. The owners are not happy with the roofing job and have also reached out to Brad with no resolve. I have also tried to contact the salesman and he will not return my calls. I have called numerous times to have Brad the owner to go over some concerns I have. He has said he would be over several times and has not showed up and no phone call. I have also expressed to Brad I wanted to cancel the contract. Which he told me it was not fair to the salesman. There was no money put down for the job. I no longer wish to do business with a company that has unreliable business practices.

This customer has a contract signed for work to be performed in spring when the weather is permitting. The friend of hers that had requested for us to take a look at a concern of their's was understanding that during the winter when the temperature is to cold and there is a snow and ice on the roof top we are unable to safely do our assessments. *** ******** was also told that I would meet her when I was able to meet with her friend the same day. ***. ******** has already wrote me emails and sent a letter to my office for cancelation. There is a 25% charge for breaching a contract. We have worked with her insurance company to help her get a full replacement and damages from a weather event to be brought back to pre existing condition. We have time and material invested into this job. With compensation for my contractors efforts I will gladly cancel the contract.

Per my e-mails received from Brad, he has agreed to cancel the contract free and clear with no monetary obligation. I have attached a screenshot of the e-mail for reference. If this is confirmed with the BBB, that would resolve the issue and the complaint can be removed.  Thank you

He has not confirmed through the BBB that the contract has been cancelled without penalty. Are you confirming this contract has been cancelled without penalty or money owed?

After confirmation the contract is cancelled without penalty and money owed, I agree to mark this as an accepted resolution.
