      Because an acquaintance’s daughter sold their products, I purchased a body spray from the Pure Romance Company approximately 18 months ago. In the last 6 months I began receiving email advertisements from them. I followed the email link and unsubscribed repeatedly. However, the emails kept arriving. I finally replied to one of the emails and requested that they remove me from their mailing list as I am not interested in their products. After that I began receiving 2 emails per day from them. The emails arrive at 4:04am and 4:03pm, an obvious and petty stunt. This form of harassment is on par with the sales calls that were so pernicious a No Call ordinance had to be put into place for innocent people to have peace. No company should be allowed to harass people who followed the proper channels to be removed from their mailing list.

This particular re-enrollment special brings you back into the business but there are no items that are shipped out you with this re-enrollment special. I do see as well that we issued a refund to you on December 9th in the amount of the re-enrollment in the amount of $54.64.

      I made a purchase from Pure Romance and selected payment plan. They charged my card full price. I contacted the next day for a refund so I could try again for the payment plan. I more or less got a “***** ****” from them. After them dragging their feet for several days, I contacted their home office and it was 30 days exactly from purchase date and I was emailed back and told “well it’s been 30 days we can’t do anything for you”. So I disputed it with my card company and since then PR has decided they would like their product back. I shipped it back and they waited only a few days before sending it to collections to get the money back. Their crap is on the way to them but I can’t help winter weather and their office being up north. Of course there were delays due to weather. This company is Bull **** and he’s horrible customer service.

      They did reach out to me at weird times and when I was off work. I did tell them I would send the tracking information when I returned back to the office as it was at work on my desk. I can send it to them now, but they have already sent me to collections. So why bother? It won't change what they did.

      i bought the protein pack they have for sale and was now aware they are selling product in the united stated not FDA approved. the protein shake or vitamins put me in the hospital i could not stop throwing up. until making it to my nearest hospital. Please keep people for consuming these drugs that were not approved by the fda!

      * Has the company addressed the issues of this dispute?  -- NO .. THEY WERE VERY UGLY AND HUNG UP ON ME.
           * If not, why?  -  THEY SAID IT WAS THEIR COMPANY POLICY AND I SHOULD HAVE READ FINE PRINT.
           * If an offer of resolution was made, has the company fulfilled the proposed offer?  THEY DIDNT OFFER MY PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK.

       

      THIS ORDER WAS PLACED IN AUG.. AND I DECIDED TO GO INACTIVE ON DEC 1.
