    Hi, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Christopher James D*****, the owner of the Up and Up Construction LLC, regarding the unacceptable service I received. I also want to warn others about my experience to prevent them from encountering similar issues. Here are the details of my complaint: - **Date of Transaction**: June 5th, 2024 - **Amount Paid**: $6,250 - **Service Committed**: Apartment renovation and electric panels replacement Despite paying the full amount of $6,250 upfront, Up and Up Construction LLC, has failed to complete the apartment renovation and electric panels replacement as promised. The project is delayed by three weeks, and the work remains unfinished. Christopher James D***** has been unresponsive to my calls, only contacting me when additional money was requested. My numerous attempts to resolve this matter with Up and Up construction LLC, have been ignored. The company's lack of communication and failure to complete the project are unacceptable. This experience has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I urge others to be cautious when considering doing business with Christopher James D***** and Up and Up Construction LLC. My experience has been extremely negative, and I hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid similar frustration and financial loss. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Christopher D***** dba Up&Up Construction is a scammer who took payment and dragged out the time for over 6mths and the job is still incomplete. We have attached a file with the details.

    Up & up construction was hired to install an egress window in our basement. We paid more than 50% up front. The guys show up to excavate our yard with zero tools. Once they got a mini excavator to start removing some of the dirt, they were repeatedly banding the excavator against our house damaging our stone. They did not dig the well deep enough, did not bring any gravel to back fill, did not deliver the window well, did not dispose of any of the demo materials, did, did not backfill. We had to pay out of pocket for another company to come in and excavate the ground, paid to have gravel delivered, gravel loaded into the well, and paid for a new window well and well install.
