      I reported an incident which involved the gas pump falling out and leaking on me while pumping since November of 2024. I have not received a response since I submitted photos and/or bills which resulted from the emergency room treatment. I need to get paid for the medical bills submitted due to the broken pumps at united dairy farm.

      The employees at this location are very rude. A few days ago I went to get ice cream and the girl at the register was on her phone. Finally she asked me if I needed ice cream and I said yes. She came over and asked me what I wanted then walked away to go plug her phone into the charger. Then tonight I go in around 9 pm to get ice cream and they said that it is shut down for the night. Since when does the ice cream shut down for the night? The one down the street still had their ice cream open. The employees need to be retrained and taught some customer service skills.

      On Thursday, February 6th, 2025, around 2:45pm, I went to UDF, location **** **** ******* *********** ***** ***** to purchase gas/items in the amount of $43.74. The gas was never sent to the pump and they couldn’t provide me with an answer on why it wasn’t sent to the pump. So, they said they refunded my money and it should be to my account with in 24 hours. It never came to my account. I gave it 7 business days. After that, I reached out to corporate which is located at **** ********** ***** *********** **, *****. Corporate and the manager of the UDF store, Sarah, conversed on several occasions. I spoke with them on several occasions for a month. I still have not been refunded and now after several conversations, UDF claims they don’t have a receipt of the transaction. I have my bank statement with the transaction. I also disputed it with my bank. I have been very patient with UDF. I am asking for help with this situation.

Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaint.  We have asked our store manager, as well as our support teams, for assistance, but no purchase can be located using the information provided by the guest. We have also reached out to our Accounting team, once the guest finally provided a copy of her statement, but again, this charge can not be located.  We recommended a dispute because we believe it is possibly a bank processing error.  Thank you.

      I provided evidence with my bank statement that I made a purchase at that UDF location. I have disputed the charge with the bank. UDF has not provided any evidence to their statement. UDF has made no effort in correcting the error they made that day. I have witnesses that saw me there that day. It’s sad that UDF can not admit to their wrong doing.

      UDF has made bare minimum interaction with both BBB and the **** attorney general. **** Banking platform said disputes take 90 days and they will have a resolution soon. UDF have told me multiple responses in response to the complaint hence why I went to BBB and **** attorney General. UDF has made this simple matter more complex and **** Banking is taking their time addressing it.

      I was at the store at *** * **** **, Columbus, OH ***** and had $120 credit in the scratchoff lottery machine in the store ($20 winner cashed in, $100 debit). The first $50 I tried to get did not come out. The machine then would not let me do anything, I didn't get my $50 ticket, and still had $70 in credits I couldn't use. The first employee would not help me, and told me to call the number on the machine. The only number on the machine is the gambling hotline number which does not help at all. Another employee then came over and told me that UDF has nothing to do with the machine and that only the manager has the key and they won't contact the manager (if the machine has nothing to do with the store, why is it in the store and the manager has a key?). The second employee then told me to "figure it out", started yelling at me, and then took pictures of me in my car multiple after I left as both employees were yelling at me. All of this while your machine still had $120 of mine. If you can't handle the responsibility of having a lottery machine in your store, then don't have one.

However, the machine is not showing a credit of $70.00 that is owed.       On August 30th 2024 Damage was done to my 2023 *** ** ***** 900 that I purchased new May 2024. The automatic shut off valve for the gasolines one the tank is full did not activate. As a result my three wheel vehicle suffered damage to the panels and framework of the bike. Many photos and video from the UDF station has been submitted. I’n 60 days I’ve be contacted twice. I’ve called countless times and spoke with several representatives and been told everything is still under review. This is unacceptable and in need of help resolving this matter. Thank you

      They charged me $31.45 in September and my bank said it was manually keyed in and it was a purchase from JULY! For one I rarely shop at UDF, for 2 I have never had to have them manually key in my card infor, have always tapped or swiped it. I really do think an employee got my card info and keyed a purchase in fraudulently for themselves. I just can't fathom a charge in July coming out in September. I put enough money in to pay my insurance and my computer payment. So now I lapsed for 5 days on my insurance and since I now made a late payment I lost my early buyout option which was a little under $300 to but it out. Now I have to pay about 60 a month until $800 is paid. So this caused me ALOT of problems. And on top of that it put me in overdraft ( another $25). I called and they say they can not find this transaction. I at least want my money back but I'm almost positive they had maybe snuck a picture of my card or something like that, because I have NEVER handed them my card for them to manually key the information in! This little $32 charge has cost me about $450 since I now lost my buyout option for the computer. Someone needs to be held accountable for this! I was doing good keeping up on my payments and this incident completely shot that down. In my opinion I think they should be responsible for my overdraft and the difference in the cost of my computer.. this is not the first time I have had issues with UDF double charging my card and things like that.

      The problem is they have a price on cigarettes 7.42 per pack but they charge 8.16 ,said they should either charge the price that is on the rack or remove the price from in front of them ,or remove the price sticker ,the employee said they could not remove those price stickers ,the vendor had to do it,so if they are going to charge more then per pack thet have to remove those price stickers for the lower prices.

      I received bad fuel from the United dairy farmer location at Whipp and far hills . It cost me over 1326.00 repairs on my engine I am requesting a reimbursement from United Dairy Farmers . I paid 200.00 to a certified fuel test service to prove that the fuel that I received was bad fuel that created the damaged to my vehicles engine

      Today the 7th of Sept. at about 7am I went into a UDF at **** ********* ******** in ********** *********** **. The manager there seemed to ignore I had been standing in line then finally stopped what he was doing and walked slowly around the registers to check me out. I asked for two packs of ******** ****** cigarettes, and we walked away and came back with one. I told him I said two spirits, and he obviously was not paying any attention to me too busy listening to two woman chatter boxes instead, I asked for two white owls and he again came back with one, at this point I am getting frustrated so I repeated again again two two two I said two. Making sure he heard me when he said and I quote " it's a good thing I got Jesus today" after some other rude comments back at me for repeating myself apparently. I began to enter card to pay when left to opened another register and help another customer who was after me in line and didnt press any buttons for my transaction to complete. Meanwhile continuing to run his mouth at me about Jesus and whatever else when I said let's go I need to leave. He ignored me so I said maybe he needed a hearing aid instead of Jesus. He turned around reached across the counter at me, ripping the bag out of my and and slapping my wallet and arm back on the counter top. This made things in my wallet go all over and flung my credit card on the ground. I was told to leave so I did and called the cops. The person working there I guess lied and said my wallet wasn't even involved or whatever else so the cops told me I wasn't allowed back. This is completely unacceptable. Jesus is not my religion or faith and how dare he tells me to find him!!!!!!!!

      I went to the UDF located at **** ****** ****** ** in ******* **** on June 2, 2023 and my receipt reflects I checked out at 10:11:54 PM. I went in for a gallon of milk and to buy a small pint of ice cream. My receipt shows POS:2 and Cashier: 222. When I went to check out there was an older man with I believe a bandana on his head that rang me out. He made some very racist comments about my hair being natural, and was trying to be very inappropriate with me during the short transaction. I have never had such a bad experience simply running into a gas station so quickly, and for a few items. It's sad to think that in 2023 black women aren't able to wear their hair as it grows out their head without someone making negative comments about it, on top of the fact that he was also trying to be sexually inappropriate as well as old as he is. I really hope this issue is properly addressed and I'll also be making a police report about the incident just in case he trys it again when I come in the store again. I left the store completely in shock, embarrassed and disgusted by his very rude comments. His only job is to ring people out, not to be racist and inappropriate with women.

Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose the disciplinary actions taken with any associate, due to current privacy laws.  We ourselves, are also not privileged to this information.  If the guest would like to return the items that were purchased for a refund, they can be returned to any UDF location, with or without a receipt.       The business claims that I can not be made aware of disciplinary action taken against an employee that made racist remarks towards me, and wants me to bring the items back, which is a gallon of milk and ice cream to receive a refund. This is an unsatisfactory resolution as the business in my opinion is allowing their employees to be racist and inappropriate with customers, specifically their black customers.
