  I applied for a loan and updated my account information. This was after receiving several error messages when trying to complete the application. When I was able to finish my application, I updated my account information with a woman on the phone, then another woman, then they called my current bank to verify the bank details. After all of this, they sent the funds to my previous bank account. Now I have to wait for them to receive the funds back. Furthermore, I have to wait 3-5 business days to reapply. This is crazy!

  I tried to take out a loan from this company only to talk to at least more than 20 people and was on the phone over 5 hours over the last 3 days. Several would say it was approved and said it was being into my bank account. Then when it never was delivered to it I would call back and they would tell me it wasn’t finished. The amount for interest is outrageous, and I got so upset that I just went elsewhere. I want nothing to ever do with this company. And by the way the company may be in Ohio but the customer service is out of our country so they can make even higher profits. What happened to supporting American workers? Shame on you! I know a lot of companies are using off shore calling companies. Many are hard to understand and some out right lied when questioned. Look elsewhere for a loan because I think you are going to have a lot of grief with this company.

  Terrible company ,scammers need to be closed,,I took a 2000 dollar loan and have paid 1100 on it and they still say I owe 1960 dollars

  I have been receiving Robocalls from this company for months, from different phone numbers each time and I continue to block each one. Most of the voicemails sound gargled with just enough info to hear they are trying to complete my loan application. Today, it was not gargled, they called themselves exact or xact lending and it was from a ******* ** number and they said it is urgent i contact them to complete my $85,000 loan application...what!!!!!!! I never contacted them and I never will! I am unsure how to get them to stop calling because it is a nuisance and if they were to call someone who didn't know any better, they would scam the poor person.

  Wish I could have left a zero stars. One is one too many. Does Ohio not have usury laws? The "offer" I received in the mail said the APR range on their 18 month term was 145% - 225%. That's just crazy! I really feel for those without the number sense to recognize that at minimum you'll pay back double what you borrow. Something should be done about charlatans like these.

  1 star cause I can’t leave no stars!!! Literally a scam! Funds were not available within time told. Should have been a once a month payment ended up being twice a month. Was not told details such as a 222.39 % interest rate for a $1000. With a total of $3323.45 at the end of loan. I did not receive a copy of this loan information in my email. Got suspicious of why I had not finished paying off this loan after $1900 and logged into website to find the particulars. Now to pay it off after $1900 I will still need to pay $700. And, I will not let me pay it. Errors every time!! This is a scam.

  Horrible business! I applied for the loan, got approved and was told the funds would be in my account in 24-48 hours, time went by and still no funds.. I called Xact back and asked what was going on and they said my bank supposedly sent the funds back to them and said my loan was voided yet I got no notification that this supposed to have happened so I called my bank and asked if it was true and if they sent back a payment and they said No they have not seen a payment try to come through from Xact or any payment for the amount I was supposed to be receiving and they would have notified me themselves if a payment was not able to be deposited which they did not send me.

  They did not say anything about signing up for automatic payment. I decided to make my first payment early. The next day they took out another payment and now I can’t even afford to eat til my next pay day. I called to see if they can return one of my payments. Unfortunately they thought I wanted to pay extra and they don’t have a refund policy. They won’t return my money back because they don’t have that option in the system. They can loan the money but they can’t refund a payment. They robbed my of my food money. Now I’m just not going to deal with them anymore. There goes my credit score.

  This company have me the hold day waiting for denying me because paperwork that I submitted immediately they ask for It. They said my bank statement was not valid and other ** Me biggest concern was the time I spend waiting for them is not fair that always said we are going to give your a call in 20 minutes and I was the one calling after 45 minutes

  Very predatory business. I got a letter in an orange envelope that only says “LOAN DEPARTMENT” and a return address to a PO Box. One look of that and I thought there was an issue with my student loans. I open it to find that I have an offer for a loan up to 4250$. The APR is between 145% and 225%, which are high enough to feel criminal. For perspective, a loan of 4250$ at 192.77% APR with an 18 month term (this is an example percentage and term length they gave in the letter) that is paid on every two weeks and that compounds monthly, the payment would be $324.73 every two weeks and due to interest you would pay $12,664.36 over the lifetime of the loan. The misleading envelope appearance, the super high APR, and the fact that this contact was not solicited makes this business seem super predatory.
