      Their billing department leaves me no choice but to find a new dentist. I keep receiving a $310 bill for them and have spoken in person to the billing department about the issue. The dentist herself came out and told the billing person that they had coded my service incorrectly. I paid $150 that went towards half the bill, but this is not reflected in my statement either. I have called 5 times and 4 of those 5 times spoken with someone at the front desk reviewing the problem and was promised a call back. The 5th time the my call went to voice mail where I left a detailed message again. I cant get my bill resolved and feel Im in the right that I should not owe anything but the office is extremely incompetent when it comes to resolving this issue.

      Cincinnati Dental Services ended up being a nightmare. Some were very nice, but didnt match the quality of service. The hygienist was very nice but too quick and not thorough. Seems they had non entice to do their very best.Billing was the major issue changing my coverage from one to another with more of of post and without notifications they were doin so before I started getting billed for what was typically 100% covered.Im certain there was a communication breakdown in the worst places as I departed with a request to email my X-rays etc I ask to verify email; she said he had no idea after I had just conveyed the information. Bottom line, poor poor customer service. God help anytime need of their service at **************** offices.PS They give themselves a 4.7 rating an **** has them at 2.5, I would say the later is more accurate.

      My dentist and oral hygenist are both wonderful. However; the billing and customer service are ridiculous! Everytime I go, I have to fight with them, even though I have excellent dental insurance. Most recently, I have been trying to get reimbursed for $29 that they charged me for a fluoride treatment, and also charged my insurance company. A month after my service, I received a statement from my insurance company that they had also paid for the fluoride treatment. I immediately called and asked to be reimbursed. I was told that they could see where it had been paid for twice and promised a check to be sent the next week. THAT WAS SEVEN MONTHS AGO!! I have documentation where I have called their office ten different times and have gotten ten different stories!! I went back for a six-month visit, and questioned the $29 they owed me; again it was promised to be sent the following week. At this visit, I was given a new cancer screening that I had never had before, and I asked if my insurance covered it. They didn't know, but of course, the screening was already done. Two weeks later, I called again and was told that they had just received the $29 check from my insurance company (although I have records that it was sent 6 months ago) and would gladly send me the reimbursement as soon as they found out if my insurance was going to cover the cancer screening they did. If that was covered they would send me $29; if not, they would apply it to the cancer screening and I would owe them $6. WHAT??!! I did not ask for this special cancer screening, I am not a smoker, and did not have a need for this special ultra violet light screening. What a rip off!! It's like they are determined not to reimburse me my money, no matter what! It's not that much money, but it is the principle of the thing!! I am leaving their practice after being a customer for over 20 years! Not because of the dental services, but because of their billing practices and customer service!!

      Cincinnati Dental Services/Fairfield billing is a fraud. I recently received an invocie 3/2023 for payment due from supposedly 04/2021. They could not provide information for this invoice besides a whole lot of amounts. I have 2 dental insurances which always covers 99% of my dental services. I have talked to friends who go to CDS and they have also received statements for bogus amounts due. Never trust CDS. They are ripping patients off with their bogus invocies. I am done with them.

      My experience was horrible. I thought I was going to either drown or start choking in the middle of getting a filling. They did not use a suction while performing the filling and I was forced to swallow every bit of water while leaning all the way back. I couldn't even move and it seems really dangerous to chance a patient choking while getting teeth drilled. It was traumatizing. I've had many fillings and I've never experienced that before

      I had an appointment for a cleaning. Instead, they took two types of x-rays, which they neglected to tell me wasn't covered by insurance. They refused to clean my teeth. They would however fix a "Soft Spot" as Mr. T**** called it if I wanted to schedule the work. This company isn't here to help you. They are scam artists who hide behind policy to extract your hard earned money for unnecessary work.
