    Dear Victory Air Mechanical (VAM), I would like to let you know about finalizing our problems related to HVAC which was started on (see below a copy of the email on 12.02.23). Namely, we replaced the indoor unit which perfectly works (for both heating and cooling) now. In this connection, I must recall the service of VAM). So, we paid $842 for your repair labor on 12.02.23 (see for details in our email on 12.04.022). *** and **** also ineffectually tried to repair our HVAC on 12.05.2022. After that, you promised to repair our HVAC one month. You disappeared after our last conversation on 01.06.2023. Our next contractor told us that any repair is not effective and suggested replacing the indoor unit. We are happy with their replacement. Thus, summarizing your service, we paid $842 to VAM and have got nothing (and we had no chance to use any your suggestions). This is, I am sure, you agree, not a correct business. We insist that VAM must refund us $842. I detailed our troubles mentioned by calling. There was no air from the duct in the heating regime whereas there was a poor stream of air from the duct at the cooling regime (in so doing the temperature of the stream was not cool enough). I asked to fix the problem with the measurement of the temperature of the air stream (at both the cooling and heating regimes). **** did not inform me when his diagnostic (included in a service call) ended.     Very prompt, Honest & Affordable Five starts all around. We reached out another AC/Heating company and told us we needed a new system. Dave from Victory air came in and was able to advise what was going on and didn't just try to make us buy a new system from them. It was an easy fix and he was very knowledgeable and professional, he went the extra mile to ensure everything was installed properly and working well. He demonstrated some features on the thermostat hat I was unaware of and set it up for us. Will definitely use them again, THANK YOU, I highly recommend them.
