    Weather Wizard is criminal company. We paid Hashim, the owner, over $7000 for a new AC last year, barely used it last summer and this summer it has not worked at all. Nobody answers the phone at their company and Hashim and Shawnie have blocked us. We did not harass them, we kindly asked them to help us resolve the issue, we have been very patient. We paid the $150 service charge, Hashim came one day and added some freon and said the mother board needs to be replaced (on a new unit) and now tells us it’s actually the coils that need replacing. Hashim is telling us all these things are the problem but not coming out to resolve it. What does this mean? It's 90• now! We have been trying to get them to handle this for weeks if not months! We have been very understanding when Hashim said he cannot come cause he’s handling personal problems in Florida. But even after coming back he has not helped us. This is not acceptable business and is setting a very bad example.
