  I contacted Priority One to insulate some ducts that were causing condensation during the summer. I initially called in early August, and a worker was promptly sent to inspect the situation and take photographs, though he admitted he would not be the person doing the work, or that he knew what would be required. I received an email from a different individual, Barry K****, explaining my options. He provided a quote, which I accepted, for insulation of ductwork and then repair of the drywall. About 3 weeks later, Mr. K**** emailed to say they could do the work on Sept. 27th or 28th. I confirmed either worked. Nobody showed on either date. On Oct. 4th, I emailed. Mr. K**** said they were behind schedule and no alternate dates were provided. On Oct. 18, I emailed again. On Nov. 14, I was informed they had lost their notes from the initial evaluation in August and asked to evaluate the job again. I met another worker, Tome W****, at my house and he inspected the areas that needed work. He stated they didn’t do drywall and I informed him that the quote had explicitly included repair of the drywall. He said ok. Mr. W**** scheduled the work for Nov. 30th. I confirmed that would work. On Nov. 30th, a worker arrived, but said he said he was waiting on another worker. I let him into the house and showed him the location of the work. I informed him I had to leave for a meeting, but would return around 10:30am. I confirmed he had my cell number if any issues arose. I returned to find the worker gone, no work had been done, and the house had been left unlocked. There had been no attempt to contact me. I called and Mr. K**** informed me they determined they couldn’t do the work. So after almost 4 months, nothing has been accomplished except my time has been wasted. This company clearly has no idea what they are doing. Unless you want your time to be wasted and projects delayed by months, I suggest you look elsewhere.
