    This company keeps calling me repeatedly even after asking them to not call and declining their services. They call my phone and ask for *****t my husband and then tell me maybe he would like to hear about our rates. No we don’t. They call with multiple phone numbers. The last few times they called I’ve asked them to remove me from their calling list and they hang up and say nothing.

    They call me constantly! I have demanded they no longer call me and to remove my name and number from their list, I have BLOCKED every single number they call from, but they are calling from auto-generated phone numbers each time. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, and they persist. This needs to stop. Every time I ask to be removed from the calling list I get told that our company has not called you.

    I have repeatedly told the company to stop calling me. They call daily from different obviously spoofed numbers that I block. I am on the FTC do not call list, and they don't care. When I finally got mad and demanded sternly that they not call me and I stated I am not interested, the caller said, " what are you not interested in?" He was still trying to sell me on something after I told him to stop calling. These people are ridiculous, and I want them held legally accountable for once. They are violating Federal Regulation by calling me when I am on the DO NOT Call List. But no one seems to care what these shady companies do. If it continues, I will contact an attorney and file for harassment.

    They call me constantly!     12/16 and 12/17, I have been getting multiple calls from this company daily as recent as 12/17 and have asked every time to be removed from their calling list. Each time I am told there is no record of them ever calling me. If I don't answer my cell phone number, they call my home number.

    I would not trust this company. From start to finish there were many red flags that I kept overlooking due to my situation and application being a tough loan to approve. I continued as I had invested so much time! I started with one loan officer who became aggressive verbally because I had legit questions about my loan that he didn’t want to answer. He drove to my home yelling at me in front of my daughter outside of my car, then left driving quickly and yelling all the way up the street! I was then assigned a new loan officer who was very professional and polite the entire process UNTIL 3 weeks ago. I closed on my home 4/28 and moved in 5/1/ 2023. To make a very long situation as short as possible, the home I bought was a new build and the prior owner had only lived in it a little over a year, and since property taxes are 1 year behind, he was only paying for land. Dan H***** assured me that they would access my property taxes as close as possible and between Title and River City not doing their job just to get a sale closed, I am now in a terrible spot due to a huge escrow shortage of 3213.59 and a increased payment of $480.81. Dan and I had several text messages and all he could do is blame the title company. This is unacceptable. I spoke to my mortgage company to where I pay my monthly payment, a real estate attorney, and other companies who are now trying to help me and I have heard the term “ predatory lending” multiple times. I spoke with Dan on the phone hysterically crying and he mentioned they would try to help me, even if it meant they didn’t make a penny lol, but next thing I know I am blocked from his cell. I called River City directly and ask to speak to Nick H***** (his son) the owner 6 times. I was told he wasn’t in the office, which was a lie. I ask for calls back, which I never received. There is nothing in writing stating that my payment would increase by almost 500.00. What company blocks their client they made tons of $ off of?

The openness to do so hit’s the limit when there are physical, verbal, or written threats being made. While your complaint is inaccurate, it also appears you are being misinformed by other parties.     If you look at all of the reviewes and complaints from this company, you will see who is at fault.  I mentioned I would get an attorney and they take that as a threat. I have a right to an attorney. There was never any physical or verbal threats. I have now spoken with 5 other companies who all gave me the same information.  This company is not to be trusted.  And for Kevin (my first loan officer) to come to my home was verbal abuse and I still have that video of him. I also have every text from Dan ******. How does one feel right lying once again?  He knows and they all know.  Look at the current complaints. They are starving for sales.  I am shocked they would leave a single mother in a horrible spot.  I want them to correct their error as promised from Dan

    River City Mortgage has called me RELENTLESSLY despite telling them I have no interest in anything they have to offer. I just now received another call from another number (I believe they are using spoofed numbers), and I told the rep I didn't want them to call me anymore and that they are calling me every day. He started arguing with me that he is the supervisor and he can see that they have not called me since July 2 which is complete and utter nonsense. They call me every day from different numbers! I told him to provide me with an email and I would send him screenshots of the phone calls I received and he just laughed at me. This company is a bunch of scammers and they are violating the National Do Not Call Registry which I am enrolled in. If they violate it again, I plan to pursue charges and fines against them.

    Every few days they call my phone from a fake phone number and I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me. They are now just harassing me. How can these people be an actual legit business.

    My husband received a call from this company back last year. They had asked for me and when he told them that this number was not my number, they continued their sales pitch saying that I had XX dollars in credit card debt and they wanted me to refinance MY house. He gave them my phone number. They called me and I was upset because they had given my personal credit information to my husband that is not listed on ANY of my debt. I told them I was not interested and they continued to talk over me saying they could save me XX dollars a month. I tried for the longest to reach ANYONE at the bogus phone number that they have listed and was quickly frustrated. They called me last week and I told him to STOP CALLING ME that I was not interested. He continued to talk over me again with his sales pitch. When I said NO, NOT INTERESTED Stop calling he interrupted me demanding that I give him a reason. I don't owe anyone a reason. AGAIN they called me just now, except she asked for my husband on my phone number. When I told her it was not his phone she continued that she wanted to save XX dollars a month. At this point, I am tired of the harassment! I do not appreciate them disclosing any of my debt with my husband.. in fact I'm pretty sure that's not legal considering he is not on the home loan or any of my credit cards. We have absolutely nothing joint!! I want to be removed from this companies call log PERIOD. If you try to call the main number, it is a bogus number that sends you around and you can't even speak to a real person. I'm pretty sure this company is not legit and if so, the sales tactics including them being extremely pushy is enough to make anyone turn away from their business. NOBODY desires unwanted solicitation! I'd suggest the BBB get to the bottom of this because it appears that I am not the only unhappy person here.

    Despite being listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, we continue to receive calls from River City Mortgage. Further, due to the lengthy silence between answering the call and the agent acknowledging the call was answered, we believe the calls are being placed to our mobile phone using an ATDS. The agents always start by saying it’s not a sales or solicitation call then proceed to go straight into a marketing pitch. It’s a clear violation of multiple prevailing regulations as well as a continued form of harassment.
