- Refund and Exchange Policy
- The Rug Gallery will give full refund to all it's customers on stock rugs purchased from the Gallery provided that the merchandise is returned within seven (7) days from the date of original purchase and the merchandise is returned in the same condition as when originally purchased.
Special Orders : Any rug not in stock that is ordered is EXCHANGEABLE ONLY for seven (7) days after being received by the Gallery. There will be a 15% restocking charge. Wall to Wall carpet or Padding is not refundable once cut or shipped.
Payments : All custom or special orders are 1/2 down at the time of order and balance due upon arrival at the RugGallery. This includes Wall to Wall Carpet.
