Made a purchase for two tents on November 1st 2022 that I have not received. Payed a deposit of $1745 for a 10x20 and 15x15 frame tent that I was suppose to receive by the end of December. When I had not heard anything about arranging shipping I called to find out what was going on and was told by the owner that there were delays and he would have it done in 30 days. This never happened and when I called again in April he claimed the city was making him move his facilities causing more delays. I called again in June where he admitted he wasn't going to get the tents back and agreed to a refund. I have not gotten a refund to date have called several times and he claimed there was an issue with my card information which is lie Discover checked and he never tried to issue a refund. I gave him a chance till now because I've done business with him in the past without any issues.Initial Complaint

I ordered 40x60 tent from these people who I have used for years. One end of it was messed up. I spoke with them and they initially told me they would replace it. I have spoken to them several times since and the guy told me he just forgot about replacing it. The freight alone would be about $300. I would send it back but I'm not sure I would get it back.
