    The staff at Camp Bow Wow (Blue Ash) is beyond unprofessional and insulted my dog! I scheduled an interview session for my two dogs. After having them for only an hour and a half, we were called and informed they failed my older dog (a 10 year old beagle) due to him snapping at other dogs. That alone is fine, I’m not upset if it was not a good fit for him, however, the employee then had the audacity to call him deaf and senile! Upon arriving for pick up I was informed that it was picture day, which meant they were continually moving dogs through a gate separating two areas. They separated my two dogs and then failed my older dog for snapping at dogs getting to go into the area with his brother. Shame on this place for judging my dog on an abnormal day, causing additional stress in a new situation by separating him from his bother and then having the gall to call him senile to his parent! When I expressed my disapproval I never received an apology Camp Bow Wow must only want perfect dogs that don’t need additional time to acclimate. Senior rescue dogs need not apply.
