      We moved into Towne Properties (The ***** ** ******) in December. In January our 2 year old husky started having reactions to the environment. I tested for mold: positive, tested for CO2: dangerously high levels. In February we discovered that we had a 5 ft birds nest in the attic above our apartment which allowed for fecal matter, bones and feathers to come through our vents. Our dog ended up ingesting some of this stuff before we got home and passed away a couple days later. We have had issues with sleeping, breathing as well as a massive ant infestation. We now can’t afford to move out due to draining our savings trying to save our dog. Ray (the property manager) has been difficult to deal with and some what disrespectful. Not only has this been our worst experience but also traumatic with the loss of our dog and waking up with ants on us multiple times.

      We live @ the valley senior living in **********. Our water sprinkler exploded . WE are forced to go to a hotel. WE are running out of resources. Food, money. The gave consent that there was another apartment that we could move into. Maintenance lied and got very hostile when i asked him a question. WE would like to @ least look inside. WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF RESOURCES. WE NEED HELP TO GET IN THIS APARTMENT THANK YOU

      I signed a contract that stated it would cost $399 to hold an apartment for the weekend. After I refused to sign the representative told me “no worries it’s actually $99” and wrote it down for me. When I called the following Tuesday to say I had decided against the apartment my card was charged $399. After several attempts at calling and writing a letter nothing has been done. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. In ********** it is called Waterstone Landing.

      I have been dealing with Towne properties for a number of years. I had been dealing with Judy M***** as manager at couple of sites. She is super efficient and always ready to help. I greatly admire her help. I wish other managers there with whom I have dealt also, as I own a number of properties at different locations, were as eager to help as Judy M***** is. I wish her success and bring a good name to this company. ******** ****

      Towne Properties is the managing firm of my housing community's HOA. By far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with from a communications standpoint. Multiple emails over the course of months with zero response and multiple calls placed over that period as well to try to discuss my situation which lead to multiple voicemails (since they never seem to be at their desks). The very few responses I did receive blatantly ignored my emails and voice messages. I don't understand how my particular property manager even still has a job. It was by far the worst customer service experience that I've ever had the displeasure of going through.The silver lining in my particular case was that it ultimately was resolved. Mind you as discussed this took multiple emails, calls, and a refusal to accept their worthless responses. Safe to say that this experience terrifies me of any future interactions and would recommend anyone considering their services to beware.

      It is difficult enough to get a response via phone call/email from my assigned manager. I'm surely not going to waste my time with driving to the other side of the City just to be ignored. My particular situation has been addressed/resolved, but the only way it can be corrected moving forward is either appointing a new manager for the property or additional training as it relates to proper customer service. When I say it is/was the worst example that I've ever experienced, I truly mean the absolute worst. I would be happy to discuss in greater detail should you like to set up a phone call with the appropriate person.

      An apartment was rented at ************ for 18 months with all payments made on time. After 18 months we moved out and left the apartment in excellent condition. Eighteen days after we moved out a message was received that stated our deposit was not to be returned because payments were not complete. Our payments were always on time and to the amount on the web site. We were provided with an accounting of payments and there was a credit balance. When that credit balance is added to the refundable deposits there was a balance due to us. Have not heard anything since then. And no refund has been received.

      Your comment is standard Boiler Plate. We currently live over 500 miles from **********. . If Towne Properties can call me it would be helpful. Providing a phone number for a person to talk to would be beneficial if they are available. At this time communications has been nonexistent since my Email of 9/19/2023 9:16 AM to the rental office.

      This place is terrible to live in. The manager is incompetent, and the maintenance team is even worse. They have no idea what they're doing, and it's been 3 months without any action in my unit. It's infuriating for the tenants.

      They added charges to us after we left an apartment managed by then and we received no notice or communication attempt until I received a letter saying theyd report me to credit bureaus three months after we moved out. They took our entire security deposit on top of the pet deposit we paid on move in, racked up charges, sent us to debt collectors, and then left that complex so they couldnt help me figure out what I even supposedly owed. Their past customer line always rings to voicemail and they call you back just to say we dont know why that happened no resolution and no clarity. This doesnt even cover how bad our experience was living there with them. They removed out on site trash compactor and had no process in place to remove trash for a month and we suffered a significant rat infestation in the old compactors and all over the property. They could never keep a full staff in our leasing office and constantly cut hours. They took three months to fix our air conditioning unit and the pool was so damaged all summer it never opened at all to my knowledge. I would avoid this company at every possible opportunity in any situation I would choose any other management group ahead of them. They are only interested in taking your money they dont actually care to manage their properties or help the people who live there.
