On April 23, 2024, BBB reached out to the business regarding allegations in the complaints/reviews and spoke with the owner Raissa Ferrari. BBB asked Raissa Ferrari if National Renewable Partners, LLC is connected to Solar Is Freedom. Raissa Ferrari advised that there is no affiliation and no connection with Solar Is Freedom. BBB also asked Raissa Ferrari if the former owner of Solar Is Freedom, Tony Ranieri, is connected with National Renewable Energy Partners, LLC. Raissa Ferrari advised that Tony Ranieri was a consultant to assist with kick starting the business for a couple of months after opening the company, but was never employed nor has any connection with National Renewable Energy Partners, LLC.
