    Horrible experience. We placed a to go order fo pickup, when my husband got there they gave him the wrong order and charged us for it. He realized their mistake and the claim to have voided the charge they then charged us again for our order. Anytime a pending charge has been voided its been removed immediately yet its the next we still havent been refunded the $62 owed to us. The food was cold, the chorizo cheese dip was covered in grease, absolutely disgusting. One of the orders was wrong, the manager argued with me about it in the phone claiming he bagged it which is all fine and dandy but it doesnt change the fact it WAS WRONG. The manager was rude and raised his voice the entire call, my husband returned the slop and was given a refund (still havent had the funds returned so now were waiting for over $100 due to both charges). The manager showed my husband the screen showing the items were correct which again, they were not. I dont care what the screen said, I know what was clicked, I have the order confirmation email showing the correct items, obviously there is a flaw in their website or they are lying which they have multiple times during this ordeal. Avoid this place! They are rude and frankly I feel scammed
