Today, Wednesday 5/24/2023 my daughter ********* *. contacted MVP Sports Bar and Grille in regards to a credit of wings she was told she would receive from an issue with her wings 04/01/2023. The female staff member was extremely rude and accused ********* of trying to get additional free wings because she had already been given them, after ********* and her sister tried to explain what they were told and that she had never received the replacement wings. ********* then contacted me. I called and asked to speak to the manager to see if I could bring the situation to a median and to even explain we had been back several times since that date even as recent as the previous night Tuesday 5/23. The person answering asked me who was calling + as the woman in the back ground was yelling and screaming saying she was calling the police because I was the person who had just called. I attempted to explain I was not the person who had just called and asked for the manager's name. The woman on the phone said Melinda. There was a very brief verbal exchange and I hung up the phone. About 30-1 hour later ********* calls me and says she was contacted by the police stating that if she came to MVP she would be arrested, because the women were threatened and feared for their life. I then, contacted the sheriff dept who was dispatched and received a call back from an ****** **********. ****** ********** said he did take a police report from the women and owner and that the owner did not want her back at the business. I tried to explain to the deputy this a false police report and everything was recorded. We have record of each interaction today, reciepts and pics of the food. These people were very rude unprofessional and made this situation bigger than it had to be because they would not simply take the time to listen. We have spent our hard earned money in this establishment. Not only was there disrespectful but they served undercooked food. Unable to upload documentation.
