      alarm panel failed and first tech said control board was bad so i got a quote. when second tech replaced control board still not fixed .

      Bill H******, Bryant A*** & Nick A***** on the commercial side are a complete joke and should not be trusted for any commercial business. They are in the life safety business and you have to take your job with 100% seriousness, which is not the case here. They sold me a fire panel for my 30 unit apt building for $169K. The 1st panel barely functioned...after 3 months of of them trying to tell me it was my residents fault, they finally replaced the panel with a new one. This one worked for about 6 days and it now goes off at least 1 x a day. My residents are completely furious, rightly so! Now Bill, Bryant and Nick refuse to take any of my calls or service the panel anymore. They bury their heads in the sand like a bunch of little ******* that do not know how to provide any normal level of customer service. Am I looking for compensation? Not really, I just want a fire panel that works, protects my residents and I can have confidence will alert the fire department when it's an actual fire. Not it just alarms almost every day. I take no pleasure in writing a negative review, but I have not choice at this point. Silco...fix my panel so my residents have a safe place to live.
