      Run Forest Run. This company is a scam from the get go. I had my panels installed in July of 2022. The cost was almost 50K and they have never really worked and you can hardly get anyone on the phone. I was told there would be a device installed so I could monitor them on my phone, that never happened and according to my electric company they put out was less than what they say they are doing. **************** is nonexistent and they put a lean on my house which was never mentioned at purchase. The system in October provided 36 KWh and the usage was 1200 KWH. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOLGEN. And apparently in the fine print they have disclaimers that anything you were told by salesman or anyone cannot be used in lawsuits and is only for example and reality. I would give them a negative 5 if I could.

Rest assured, this does not mean the system is not working it just means we are not getting accurate data right now. If there are additional issues once we get you back online, we will provide you with the next steps.Additionally, wed like to clarify that the lien placed on your home is managed by the financing company, not by us. We do not have control over this process, but we encourage you to reach out to the finance provider directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.       My system was installed on March 29, 2023. At some point, 4 of my 37 panels malfunctioned . This was discovered in June. I have been waiting for someone to come and check out the problem for several months. The day that was scheduled for the repair, I got a call cancelling the appointment. The reason given was that the crew had quit. I contacted Solgen about it again several weeks ago and was told they would be in touch with me, To date, I have not heard anything. While the other panels are functioning, I am losing energy credits from the panels that are not working properly. I was also told they would repay me for the energy credits. I have not received the LED light bulbs to replace the standard bulbs in my home that I was promised, either. When I have actually spoken to someone, they say they can see the request but it has yet to be filled.. Crickets. Now I am concerned that if more panels malfunction, I will be stuck paying off a large loan for a system that doesn't work. This could develop into a lawsuit if something isn't done about it.

      Absolutely horrible experience so far. Install was in February. Got rescheduled a half dozen times. Never hooked up to the electric panel until August. Finally got turned on in august to find out one of the panels doesnt work. Still not working in October. Paying this much for anything I would expect some professionalism but just the opposite. Nobody ever calls back. Still waiting for them to reschedule my service call for the panel not working. Also since they took so long on the instal they cost me the whole summer of saving power for the winter. Now I will likely have loan payment and electric payments. Ever time I call its the same answer. Someone will call within the day but never do. Horrible experience 100% do NOT recommend . They apparently cant find contractors. If this is how they treat customers that are paying $70,000 for the service I can just imagine how they treat contractors they have to pay

      We hear your frustrations, project delays can be extremely frustrating, only to get to completion and there are more issues to address. Your system is covered under warranty and we will work to get this completed. Reviews like these are not ones we want to see but we appreciate the feedback as we make changes to improve services. Feedback like this is crucial to that process.

      Not sure where to begin, not enough characters to say everything. bottom line is this company starts off well but lacks follow thru. Try calling and you always get sent to a different department and very rarely do they call back, you the customer have to make the effort cause they won't. Started this process back in March and just now got it up and running do to a number of miss schedule on their part. 1. didn't realize it was a ground install so they bumped it out a full month cause they didn't have a crew for my area. 2. ground crew prepped for the wrong set up so the system installers couldn't finish their job the next day, had to reschedule all that to finish it correctly, 3. backfill job got scheduled 3x and after a month of I did it myself because we having small animals and 2 very young grand kids living with us I did it myself, still waiting on getting reimbursed for those charges. Keep in mind this whole time I have had to call, email and or text to get anything done. also they installed frame system with a cordless impact which anyone who works with them knows they are for loosening nuts not tightening so I had to go thru with a torque wrench and snug the nuts up. I also had to clean up the kindorf that they cut off, they left very sharp edges that hang out on both ends. The crews are very professional but the company just doesn't seem to care much about the customer once they have you under contract.

      Everything started out well. They came last week to upgrade my electric panel. Solgen left an outlet in my garage with an output of 236 instead of 120. This fried my garage door opener and a radio. I contacted the company 2 days after, once we realized the extent. I've called customer support but no one is ever available. I've left messages, sent emails, sent texts. No one has contacted me and I continue to live with the fire hazard they left behind. **************** is horrible. I want someone to reach out to me and get this resolved.

      Upon our response today, we see we did get this scheduled for 7/31. Any damages caused by the installation are covered by Solgen Power. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      I support the concept of green energy and always wanted to take part in using solar in some way. We drive hybrid vehicles and believe in the need for lower carbon emissions. As educators my husband and I want to do our part to reduce our impact on our fragile environment.

      I love having solar panels on my roof! I have benefited greatly on my energy bills and it feels nice to be helping the environment. In addition, the installers made them blend with the house and my neighbors tell me how nice it looks!

      I have purchased solar panels from Solgenn Power and I'm so excited about the prospect of working with this company to do something beneficial for our planet in the form of solar energy. They have been a great company to work with from start to finish and we're there for me to help straighten out any rough spots in the process. They worked with the city and the utilities company in ********* to make sure they had the permits and inspections needed to complete this project. I would recommend Solgen Power as a company that's great to work with in taking on a project that's worthwhile for all.
