    June 15, 2023 Guarantee from Legal Consultants, Inc for the elimination of my Time Share ownership within 12-18 months or they would refund the full $5779 to me. I started calling their holding/title company in Sept 2024 since I had no communication from them. Then I got someone to answer the phone numbers that I tried and was told someone would call me back and no one did. Started calling again today and got no answer on 7 different numbers and left a message on 6 of them. Even if it appears the "owner" Joe died, it wouldn't matter because it was incorporated. The corporation would pay the debts. This is one more shameful black eye on the time share industry. I would like to get my money back as I believe that they never intended to refund my money nor accomplish the original goal. This appears to be one of the time share scams they claimed to warn us about. I am hoping a class action lawsuit gets organized and filed as I will join that. I will also file against the estate however that is the number one reason people incorporate is to protect the owner from lawsuits. What a huge disappointment!

    We signed up with this company to get rid of our timeshares. They told us our beneficiaries would be responsible for massive debts upon our deaths. We were quarantined 100% refund if they were unable to get our names off the deeds to these timeshares within 18 months. Now I’ve been told that the owner of Legal Consulting Inc. (LCI) has passed away and the company is no longer responsible for the quarantee. Nothing has been done and we would like a full refund.

    On 18 October 2023 I paid Legal Consulting Inc (LCI) $8006.00 to get me out of my timeshare. At that time I was told by the representative that if they were unable to get me out of my timeshare, I would receive a full refund. I am still in this timeshare and I am requesting the refund of $8006.00. I have attempted to contact LCI multiple times and I am told they would call me back, they're in a meeting and unable to talk with me, etc. But I have never received a call back directly from LCI.

    As of September 14, 2024 the guaranteed one year period in which to sell our time shares past. We were guaranteed a full refund ($11,644), if not sold within one year. We have attempted to get information from LCI at least ten times, but have rarely received a return phone call or written update. Neither time share is sold as of this complaint. We are therefore demanding that either all future time-share expenses be paid by LCI or our money returned as guaranteed.

    Contract was signed to get us out of timeshare with in one year, we have continued to contact them via phone and email and nothing has been done. Now they don’t respond to any inquiries. I want my full refund since they broke contract and I still have to pay my maintenance fee. They are thieves.. and nothing more and I don’t understand how they keep to do this to people. Is an injustice. Seeking possible council for charges. It’s a pretty well set up scam..

    We went to a timeshare cancellation seminar on July 20, 2023 in *** ****. Legal Consulting Inc. was the Company conducting the meeting. this seemed to work at the time of presentation We did sign with LCI,inc on July 20th,2023. However had a change of mind next day tried to call representative that gave us his number His name Matthew B****** Left message called twice no call back. Unfortunately decided to go forward only because there was 100% money back guarantee and did not have to pay all money up front just monthly. .Within a three day timeframe received a so call packet from a company called ****** ** out of *********. They are a fulfillment company that LCI,inc. uses to cancel your resort timeshare. That was not mentioned at the meeting. Communication with LCI,inc. was limited and not very transparent ****** ** was worse. The guarantee promises cancellation anywhere from 291 days to 12 months. WE sent all the backup paper work asked of us . Our timeshare has no mortgage therefore it is a standard process. As of July 21st 2024 no cancellation no call backs from ****** ** which I began calling prior to July 20th 2024. I sent letter notice of cancellation of contract due to non service as promised. Also requested monies paid to LCI, inc. up till July 25th ,2024 and copies to ****** **. When LCI, inc called i was told to call ****** ** and the ****** ********* ********* ******** **. I did Switch It no call back I did however explain the situation to **** and put in a dispute , I told **** to stop the auto withdrawal from my account which they did back on July 26th, 2024. Then I received a letter from **** stating that the withdrawal cannot be cancelled and it is still ongoing. This letter was simply signed Helen, Clients Services on a **** letterhead. called **** and asked for Helen three different times no one by that name works there this is fraud. **** has put a dispute in again trying to contact LCI, inc. as of August 5, 2024 no call back.

    On 9/13/22 we signed an agreement with Legal consulting services to transfer our timeshare. It has been almost 2 years and they have still not completed this transaction. I am responsible for paying my maintenance fees in the meantime and so far I have paid over $2200.00 in fees. I have a certificate that states I will get a full refund if they do not transfer my timeshare within 12 months. It is signed by J** O'****, President. I have made numerous phone calls and left several messages, but no one has ever called me back. They still publish a AAA+ rating with the BBB on their web site but the BBB website states they are no longer ranked by the BBB. They publish the few positive reviews on their web site but there are at least 10 times more negative reviews. Please advise me of my options. Thank You!!
