      A favorite TV program was dropped without warning. I couldn't find it rescheduled at another time slot within the company's website. So, contact was initiated on the company's website (****************) on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Please see enclosed attachment. Therefore, I would like to please request the courtesy of a reply from the company and not an automated generic response that is not applicable and thus, never addresses the question being asked. Thank you.

      Thank you for your letter bringing the above-referenced complaint to our attention.

      After discussing with our helpdesk representatives, it does appear the viewer’s ticket was closed without a
      response. We apologize for the oversight.

      The Defy TV network reaches over 90% of households in the United States and we receive hundreds of inquiries
      every week on a range of topics. We value the feedback of our viewers and, in this instance, simply failed to
      reply.

      Programming on the network changes for a variety of reasons such as popularity, licensing issues, and cost.
      Unfortunately, we cannot share the decision making process related to specific show.

      Again, we do apologize for the lack of response and we are exploring ways to improve our process.

      To ensure we do not miss future communications from your office, please update your records with my contact details.
