This dealer is fraudulent on EVERY level. They sold me a car that they had purposely repaired with defective parts. It was not only dishonest as they were asked about the details of the repair, but it left the car extremely UNSAFE to drive. A part of the frame was completely bent, they had replaced the parts with worn and bent parts that left the vehicle completely unstable. I purchased new tires the day after I bought it and the tires were literally eaten within a week's time because of the faulty parts installed. THings were repaired to cover and mask with NO regard to safety. When I went to the shop to show them the repairs I had to have made to make the car driveable-- they denied ALL responsibility. The repairs were in excess of $3500. The owner is selling cars under HIS PERSONAL NAME-- yet using the benefits of the dealership. I am seeking legal action. This place should be shut down and the owner held responsible for the multiple LIVES he is putting at risk as well as operating illegally.

He stated he has pictures of said truck that he inspected.. he didn’t even know the tires were unbalanced. Nor that it had a backup camera.. he had never been in the truck, me getting my tires balanced has nothing to do with the frame or why they would be looking at the frame… he did not inspect the truck he sold me and once I brought it to his attention he went silent.. I contacted the bank and they said we could pull the contract im not sure what means but the truck would no longer be drivable, but I still would have to pay on it.. how is that fair?

I purchased a **** **** ******** truck. Was told that ****** cars can be bad on transmissions. Need a warranty just in case. Got warranty. Bought car in April. Transmission went out in August. Warranty only covers 2,000 of a 6,000 job. Was promised a transfer of collateral never happened. Offered assistance with repairs never happened. Stuck paying for a car I can’t drive or fix. I feel the car was sold to me knowing the transmission was already going bad

If it was as is. You most definitely agreed with the exchange of collateral with me and Lendmark on the phone. A year later I am stuck with a car I purchased and was only able to use for 4 months. The repair you said you could get cheaper. On the phone it was agreed to 2300 out of pocket. When I had that it was 3330 .

    Business Response

We are still willing to help with the repair. When customer called we had a three way call with infiniti dealer, customer declined the offer without finishing the call and that was offering discounted rates so we can help the customer with a brand new Transmission Instead of a used one for less cost.

Unfortunately the warranty companies do not cover any complete cost of any repair.

I never! Hung up! It was a three way call for me and another client with the same issue. My issue is instead of telling the truth. And or remembering correctly the blame is placed on me. And lies told on me. The price was changed they didn’t even have the correct transmission for my car. That is sitting. Still and if you would be honest that he knew that the transmission was slipping and sold the car and fix the car I would be ok with the purchase

    Business Response

    Date: 08/28/2023

unfortunately the price did change significantly from the time we called the infiniti dealer first time and the second time. The customer and me were surprised with that as the price had changed from $2175.00 to $3300.00 and $ 800 for a core charge, we are still willing to help our customer with the best price source. i will advice if the customer reach to the warranty company and have them cover the partial payment and we will help with the labor the will leave the customer with only 25-30% of the repair.

Jordan knows the insurance will only cover 2000 and will only pay when the job is done. Does he have a repair company willing to work with that?

We purchased the vehicle on December 22, 2022, and was never issued the bill of sale or the title. The temporary tag expires on Feb 5, 2023, and there is no way for the car to be registered without these items. Our daughter took off work today and went to the business to pick it up, and was told the manager wasn't there. We are very nervous that she will end up getting fines because the vehicle still has temporary tags. He also assured us that the vehicle was safe, however, the rear brakes were rusted and needed replaced along with the calipers, etc . No car should be allowed to be sold that isn't safe. We thought might need to put new brakes pads on the car, but never to that extent that the whole system needed replaced.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/01/2023

    Good Day,

    The customer had purchased a **** ***** with 149191 Miles on 12/22/2022.

We understood that our customer was driving the mentioned vehicle for comute purposes in the ****** **** area for a week and the vehicle was safe and sound according to the customer even with the bad blizzard/snow storm we had at the time. Fast Forward to 01/01/2023 the customer had exp****nsed a broken rear spring situation that could be caused by a bad impact from a bump or a pot hole. We then recieved a text-message the same day stating that the rear springs are broke and the rear brake pads need to be replaced. In response to that, we offered to help with the situation right away and offered them to bring the vehicle to help with the issue, but unfortunetly the customer had already driven the vehicle to **** ************ which is approximetly 5 hours away from ****** ****. A vehicle with a broken spring will not be able to make that 5 hour drive to ************. The purpose of a spring is to keep the vehicle leveled and provide the stability and handleing along with the rear shocks. When a spring breaks, the vehicle will not be able to maintain the clearance needed for the tires to move freely and it is not possible for the vehicle to be driven.

Please view attached files for copies of paperwork provided at the time of the sale along with the copy of the title and its tracking.

I am writing in follow up from Jordon's Auto Sales:

In his response, there is no mention about the brake pads, rotors and calibers that were  totally inoperable.

She drove to PA without rear brakes and that rear spring on the right was very close to punturing her tire.   We spoke to the dealer before purchasing the vehicle and he KNEW she had to drive to ******** **, an 8 hour drive.     We stressed over and over with him that she was driving eight plus hours, and he assured us the mechanic looked it over.

The vehicle could NOT be returned to the business because it was not SAFE to drive.
In fact, the dealer told me that his "mechanic missed the brake issue".

He is not telling the truth when he states he gave our daughter the bill of sale.  He gave her nothing, and she as a young black woman who was nervous and excited and forgot to ask for it.  In fact, she was worried sick that she had not received the title or bill of sale before the temporary tag was going to expire.  She went to his shop on Thursday, February 2, 2023, and he told her he didn't have the title and he insisted she was given the bill of sale.  She told him she didn't  have it.  He then called her later that day and said it was there in his office!    And I did ask him several times to send me a bill of sale as well.   NOTHING!!!

That car should NEVER have been sold to anyone with inoperative brakes and busted springs.  We thank God that she made it safely home.

We want the dealer to reimburse us for the brake system which includes the whole system which was inoperable the day she drove it off his lot. (brakes, pads, calipers). She still had front brakes so at first didn't realize there was an issue.   We were given the rusted & broken parts and they are terrible.  We expect $1000.00 in payment for these repairs.

See attached pics and some of the texts.  I did correspond with the dealer many times on the phone.  he told me he was going home that night and mailing me a  check the very next day.  However, the next day he stopped communicating with me, and guess what, there was NO check in the mail. Each day he lead us on and on, and we delayed the repair work because he kept stringing us along.  Our daughter ended up having to resign from her job. She was about to be fired because of no transportation, but was able to work something out so she has a good job record.  No thanks to Jordan Auto Sales!!

Again, we want $1000.00 to pay for the brake job. I've attached the invoice to this email as well.  That doesn't even include the towing charge of $280.46 to have it towed to our mechanic.

    Thank you,

The Bill of sale and title have been received. Not sure why you wouldn't email a copy of the bill of sale to us back in December when originally asked.
No one said anything about the car breaking down. The car DID NOT HAVE REAR BRAKES. The car was NOT driven 3000 miles at the time when the rear brakes were discovered. It is about 350 miles between ****** **** and Newburg PA, not 3000. We contacted you as soon as we realized there was a problem. The car could NOT be driven back to **** with NO BRAKES! What don't you understand?
The rear brake system was completely inoperable, calibers, rotors, and brake pads. The rear springs were broken in Half Jordan has seen the pics. This is NOT something that just happened, and he KNOWS IT.
This was NOT A SAFE car from the time it left the lot! God was definitely with her during that trip! We told him she had to make the trip for Christmas to see her son and he assured us it was safe. Jay told us the mechanic looked over the car before it left the lot. brake issue.
Later Jay told Steve that his mechanic must have missed t
Can you provide the text messages that Jay included with his response? We had a hard time getting the messages to download from the phone, and we know there were messages missing.
We are NOT satisfied, and want some monetary compensation. How someone in good moral conscience can sell a car without rear brakes to a young mother? We trusted YOU!
We are expecting financial compensation for the inoperable brakes there were supposedly checked by a mechanic.. which there IS NO way they were looked at. ***** * ****** *****
