1 starhad done business with this company before sold a couple broken Macbooks I had never had a problem. Now I sent them my ipad with the ***** pen they are trynna play me like I am a idiot they gave me a quote of $158 originally then changed it to $80 because they claim I did not send the ***** pen. Which screwed me extra because I sent the ***** pen and a chord in bubble wrap with the Ipad. I keep trying to contact support but it takes them days to reply so they basically are holding my stuff hostage and lost my pen. Worst customer serviceReview fromDaniel C

1 starThey quoted me one rate for a device that was sent to them flawlessly. When they received the device they stated that the device was not in flawless condition. They sent back photos of a device that did not match the condition I sent them and then stated that they wanted to pay me $100 less than what was quoted. The device was sent with zero dirt on it and the photo they sent me had dust all over it.Review fromBryan B.

Do not trust these people. They took my MacBook Pro and Never Paid. They wont answer your calls or email you back. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
